employee literally THROWING and trying to damage packages . I feel bad for all the people both dropping off packages that look full of love as well as the people picking up the most damaged boxes I've seen

I have an appreciation for our postal workers, I really do. They do hard work and are underappreciated. That said, the ladies that work the front desk at this location are absolutely miserable to work with. When they aren't being just condescending, they seem to go out of their way to make using USPS the most unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location

They don't open at 9am. They open whenever they feel like it. It's almost 10 minutes past the open time. There are 8 people waiting outside of the door. We can hear the employees laughing and having a great time at work. They just don't care to open the doors. Horrible.

Don’t ever try to call this location, no one ever picks up. I’m never home when the carrier delivers mail to ask them to stop putting previous resident mail in my box that clearly states my household last names. My mailbox continues to fill up with lots of mail that is not mine and makes it hard to find my actual mail through it.

Shorter lines than the other post office is, and I don’t know what other people are complaining about everybody’s friendly here and much cheaper than UPS or FedEx

i had pre paid for a shipping label online and they failed to print it then proceeded to tell me it was my problem. they told me they can’t help me with the one i already paid for and told me to buy a new one. why should i pay for their mistake? man was very rude, told me it was my fault, and immediately started raising his voice at me when i asked him for an explanation. how is it my fault the machine failed to print? i’m sure any other employee would have been nice or helpful, but their lines are always reaching the doors. average usps experience.

Laughable and not worth my time to correspond with them. Lady behind desk did attempt to help me however with no success , but in no way her fault.

I have to give a shout out to Julie! She has helped both my roommate and I multiple times when we’ve had lost or misplaced packages and she always keeps us up to date. Thank you!

This place is always awful. The employees are slow and don’t care how many people are in line. They’ll disappear into the back room, start a conversation with someone who just wants to pay and leave, or show someone a wide selection of stamps to choose from. Skip this place and go to a UPS store instead. If you have to use USPS go to the one in South Boulder. Even if you have to drive across town to get there and back it will still be faster than waiting for the cashiers at this awful post office.

Been wishing there would eventually be a better option for shipping in the Boulder area…
As I’ve been using this location for about 10 years it has consistently gotten worse. Every time they say “thanks for your patience…” but it has gotten old now.

Had a package that had been “out for delivery” for four days. (It’s Xmas mail season-these things happen.) I went to the post office and counter person was super helpful, but couldn’t find it. He wrote down the info and the next morning my package was delivered out of regular hours! Someone had gone out of their way to get it to me!
