At 2:30pm, I waited my entire 30 minute lunch break in line because there was only 1 employee working with a 15 person line. And zero urgency. A literal joke this place is.

I had the misfortune of having to deal with this rude, incompetent post office that outright lies about deliveries.In 3 years, they never once actually attempted to deliver a package to my regular street address in Boulder. They would mark the package as “delivery attempted” and then some excuse. Since they never actually came around, they obviously couldn’t leave the notice in my mailbox.So for years, I had to go and stand in line for 30-60 minutes to pick up my package from some rude person that should not be interfacing with customers.Not sure how they get away with it, but what do you call it when someone takes your tax dollars, then puts on you, the payer to do their job of delivering the package to yourself? And then purposefully lies about what they do?

This is not a review of this post office or USPS in general, but I want to express my gratitude for Julie who went above and beyond for me!I had a package that had something wrong with the tracking and was bouncing between post offices across the country for 2mo and despite opening cases with USPS and trying to intercept it while it was in town, using the website to report a missing package or do a package intercept (both tools broken) … no such luck. Julie recognized the issue, altered the package to help it get to its destination, and still kept an eye out for it in case it came back. She even called me with updates multiple times. Without her I’m pretty sure it’d just be in circulation indefinitely. Thank you, Julie!

I don't know if this is just where USPS is these days, but I spent 20 minutes trying to simply return a free return. They ended up up charging (for a box!!!) So this must be their new private sector envy scam they are running. Anyone using USPS for free returns i.e. Amazon/whole foods where you need way less wait, and no box, let alone a $4 box!! Is getting played. Ridiculous.

I just had a terrible experience at this post office. This worker named Bhoja was SOOOO RUDE to me. I was keeping my voice low and asking about a package that was never delivered to me and I have been calling to locate my package for so long. And he would just be so impatient (maybe because I have an accent). I asked him to calm down, because I was being kind to him and he had no reason to speak to me like that neither mistreat people or customers. He got louder and said: fill out a complain!!! I left there feeling like crying. He said: I work here for 13 years and that’s how I operate. I honestly don’t know if he treats everyone like this or I was being discriminated… I feel so sad and could tell he was speaking out of knowing nobody would do anything.

Told them my package was fragile and he literally threw it into a bin across the room with a big thud after I told him it was fragile. These people have horrible customer service and two employees were arguing the whole time I was in there. How is this place in business

These people have lost their minds. They should all be fired. I put in a change of address order, and instead of forwarding my mail, they sent one package back to the sender and THREW MY OTHER PACKAGE AWAY because they were too lazy forward it.
