We had a wonderful experience at the Boulder store. Our daughter has a developmental disability and was locked out of her phone and I describe myself as an "analog native in a digital world". Alazar was so clear and patient in explaining our options for combining plans and services which would lower our costs. Plus this staff has the best hairstyles ever. Cheers!

I had a fantastic experience with sales consultant, Brett C. He was attentive, answered all my questions, and guided me to make an informed decision. The level of service exceeded my expectations, and I'm extremely happy with my new phone. Five stars!

I'm a senior and Danielle at the stores was an incredible help to me. I have never owned a Iphone and I'm not tech savy. She patiently walked me through my 2 note pages of questions and was very knowledgeable and pleasant! Adam was also very helpful when I returned to the store with a dozen more questions!

Adam did an outstanding job helping me get my family setup with 4 phones today. We had a complicated setup which involved transferring a number from a competitor, starting up 2 new lines with a trade-in and transferring another line from another Verizon account, and then swapping numbers between phones. Adam really knew his stuff and was able to work through our complex situation and get everything setup perfectly! Even though it was fairly busy (right before Christmas), he took the time to understand what I wanted, answered all of my questions and worked with his manager to get me all of the best deals and discounts possible. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Marquis. He gave me terrific advice on how to get the most out of my Verizon account and to be smart about what I'm spending along the way to suit my specific situation. He offered to help me outside of traditional business hours and was incredibly responsive. Good service can be hard to find these days, but Marquis was fantastic.

I came in and John (also goes by Johnny) helped me. He was literally so sweet and created such a positive experience. I personally get extremely overwhelmed by technology and Verizon stores. He really made me have an amazing experience and helped me with all my needs. Thank you so much Johnny!

I had my faith in humanity restored today by Zach & his team at this Verizon Store ! The they were extremely busy & Zach was very calm & helpful from the minute I came in! They took awesome care of me & I will come down from mountains in the future to this store! Thanks for taking awesome care of me & your professionalism!!!!!

This store is a complete waste of your time. They have nothing in stock and they want to up charge you and send you a phone instead of getting one in the store. The manager stands back and laughs at everybody.

Realize that while their sales is USA based, they outsource all their customer support. So if you have any issues, you'll deal with long wait time, poor English, dropped calls after waiting 30+ mins, and a general lack of any real customer support.

My experience with Verizon Boulder was nothing short of a nightmare, specifically with the manager named Peace. The manager’s homophobic behavior and consistent microaggressions created an environment of toxicity that I never expected to encounter in a professional setting. Not only did the manager fail to fulfill their promises, but their discriminatory actions made it clear that inclusivity and respect were not a priority. It’s disheartening to see a company allow such behavior to persist unchecked. I strongly advise anyone considering Verizon Boulder to be cautious and demand better treatment.I requested the regional/district managers contact information which he refused to provide.

-5 Stars. Verizon has sunken to a new low. A month ago they convinced me to switch from ATT with an offer for the NFL Sunday Ticket with no purchase necessary. Several trips to the store and countless hours and promises from support and no accountability. It has now cost me more time and $$ since I missed other promos. Bad training for store and support? Or corporate strategy to sign everyone up on false promises and play stupid as you play for time
