Jessica did a great job with Charlie. She took her time gaining Charlie's trust and recognized that our dog is scared at the vet. She was very thorough and kind. She texted the next day to check in on Charlie .

Had to come here on a Saturday during the holiday season as our vet couldn’t see Millie until 12/24. Dr Benedict and team were up front about costs and exam processes and were very sweet with Millie. The price was transparent and very reasonable considering it was a Saturday and an urgent care visit.

Ive been looking for work in boulder for awhile and things have not been easy with trumps attacks on social programs on top of that. I wasn't sure i would be able to afford a vet visit so I waited as long as I could monitoring my dogs symptoms. Eventually it could not wait any longer and these nice people got me a same day appointment and had a coupon to help with the cost. They might be part of a big franchise but they care here.

The team at the Boulder Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital, were professional in every aspect. They were very caring and supportive. They explained everything in clear terms. The vets and techs here are excellent and put your animal's care first. They are all very kind and on time as well as thoughtful with their words and explanations to you. I do recommend them! Thanks Ken, DeMia, Dr. Godown, and others not mentioned who have seen my dog during her treatment here. She had to have stitches on her paw with sedation and they took excellent care of her.

All staff are always professional with heart! well informed and so great to share treatment options /listen to what I see is working best for my pup. Really appreciate that i’m not hammered w/ nonessential tests/products for my 11 yr old big dog. 🐶
