Tried to schedule a ride 7 days in advance with no one answering the phone. Tried again 5 days before a very important doctor visit and said they had no drivers. Total failure!

The most terrible service except for the nice drivers. The system they recently supposedly upgraded, leaves one waiting for your ride, which is 30 minutes late from the end of the 30 minute window of pick-up.Schedule for 30 minutes, but then you are out for 80 minutes! Schedule from 1 - 1:30, but they can pick you up as early as 12:30 and pick you up as late as 2 pm to go home.But my recent rides have been 20-30 late past 2 pm time.New system = more people getting rides, but that means sitting around not knowing when your ride is coming, and the way home your ride is late!

On a long hold not very good service you cannot get rides it would be very helpful if they had a better way to get instead of having a long hold on the phone I am always on hold 8 to 430 all day long I hate that it's the worst it never used to be this way it used to be so much better Maybe you can have a voicemail click on instead of this long hold and you can leave a message and you can get a return call back that would be more helpful and then you can schedule your ride when someone calls you back that would be more helpful thank you so much and I never can get right sometimes a lot of the timeI wish I could start getting rides every time I call I hate being on the waitlist and a lot of times when I'm on the waitlist I never can get rides and you can't get a live person you're on hold for eight hours and a half I do not like spending my whole day on hold with ViaYou guys need to figure out a better way to answer your phones and put rides in and you need to have more rides available

In a world where McDonald's and Walmart in Colorado is paying $18/hr....this place is offering a "competitive" wage of $17/hr to be a bus operator loading passangers in wheelcairs? A lady contacted me back saying the job is a carreer, ummm 32k working full time in the state if Colorado is DEFINITELY no career when a 1 bedroom apartment costs bare minimum $1400 to not live in the ghetto out here. I could litterally make $17/hr folding t-shirts in the mall...I pass. Some corporate people are so disconnected from reality.

I'm not sure if Employees can leave a review or not but I am going to anyways. I've never worked at such a great place like Via we are honestly like a little family. The people I work with treat me with such respect I've never felt so wanted by a company before. I can't imagine being anywhere else. I love being a Reservationist here talking to all of our wonderful clients and learning about each one of them.

Estes Park Driver GARY! The most wonderful VIA representative they could have EVER hired!! I would like to express KUDOS for Gary here in Estes Park. We all; Staff, Members, Patients and every one in between and along the way, just think the world of him! Everyone here at MedX of Estes has come to know and love Gary when he delivers our people! I make sure everyone knows about him and the Via services. He knows how our/his people are feeling, he knows their nicknames and their families.
