I’ve been without my prescription for 3 days, but they always send some messages about it delays, unexpected closures, reminders that it’s ready, but then they are closed.
The store looks neglected and dirty as you walk.

I love this store and pick it over others just to see Bob - the clerk/cashier!
I come in and out of stores where I get zero assistance, service or connection…all day!
Bob is a a breath of fresh air!
Over the last year, I’ve learned to shop here for a friendly face + 1/1 human connection.
Thank you Bob - for always being a friendly safe space… I hope you know the difference you make in my (and likely many others)

Walgreens on 30th street in Boulder and all their amazing staff and Walgreens in general has gone above and beyond helping me over the years and I am so grateful! I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Came in every week for a month just to have them go “Woopsie’s forgot to order it again.” They literally refused to do their job.

Burn this Walgreens down and replace it with employees that give a shit. The pharmacist might as well have thrown the medicines at me, and the GM does not give a f*ck.
