What an amazing store! Max was so helpful and knowledgeable! Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. I use a Gardyn Hydroponic System and Aerogarden to grow herbs and veggies at home. I was a bit intimidated going into the store for a simple hobby, but they all made me feel very welcome! I highly recommend stopping by for your growing needs!

Way to Grow Boulder has been my shop for years. They always go the extra mile and help however they can. I was recently dealing with a pest problem and got great guidance from Max. He took the time to talk me through options and develop a plan. I can't thank him enough for the help and stress relief!

**ALL ABOUT PROFIT NOT THE CUSTOMER**Do not shop here, especially if you are in any way, new to the art of growing.My significant other recently purchased several high priced items from this supply store to start his new grow. From the very beginning of conversation, the sales person knew he was just starting out as an independent cultivator and grossly took advantage of that fact by passing off less than sub par grow equipment as being top tier with a monumental price tag. Lying about the functionality of said product. What’s more offensive is the response from the review he left. It was condescending and rude. To think that one is as naive as to not know to get a timer for a light , is absurd and offensive. It was plainly stated what was needed in detail before the purchase, yet he was sold the opposite.This community should be about the camaraderie and educating of one another. Not this disgusting display of getting one over on a loyal customer.Reply to edit—I never said I personally had anything to do with this sale. So, naturally, my name wouldn’t be found. But you know exactly who my partner is. This is just a ploy to try to brush a real complaint under the rug to make it look false.

Sold me a very expensive light which must be turned on manually. Who does that to people? What am I supposed to do with that? These people are clearing willing pass the buck to their loyal customer instead of taking ownership of their shotty busisness dealings. Total hacks.
