I had a better experience operating a bank account from BoFA instead of WF (mainly thanks to BoFA’s nice offers and WF’s surprise overdraft fees).
But the people working at this branch are exceptional and my experiences here have been top notch throughout the years. Most notably this last week with Luis who is amazing at helping me solve my problem going above and beyond, and has prompted my review and earned my respect for the bank.

Went inside to break a $100 bill in a polite way and they told me they couldn’t since I was not an account holder. Really!

In a recent business transaction, I incurred $750 in attorney fees because WF failed to remove a lien on my business, as required by law within 30 days, discovered 2 yrs after the fact. I asked them to reimburse me, they declined. I took them to small claims court in Boulder. Now they are reimbursing me, plus filing fees, and they had to paid an attorney to work with me. Just plain bad business.

The manager at this location is horrible such a bad branch I’ve been to others in the area and non of them are like this employees look burnt out manager laughing and ignoring customers not to mention they do not answer there phones I was in the branch for over an hour and all you can hear is the phone ringing off the hook. Please wells look into this branch as it is insane how this manager is allowed to do this to these employees such a disappointment I just cannot get out of my head how much he ignored the customer wow

Horrible customer service, I've gone in to talk to bankers twice about charges on my account, they do nothing and say the bank manager will call for an appointment but he never does
