Called to make sure that my meds is complete and ready for picked up but no one answered. So, i went ahead and took me almost 20 mins to wait. Very disappointing as I was late on my next appointment.

it is a near impossible feat to reach anyone on the line . the call back system doesn't work either . I have spent a week trying to reach someone there and now I'm giving up and switching pharmacies

Needed to pick up my literally life-saving medicine after work, but couldn't because even though the pharmacy is open until 7pm at this location, they closed at 6 today because the pharmacist was "only scheduled til 6" FFS go anywhere else. This was after I'd already sworn to never return to this Walgreens. Just close this store down

I had a very difficult series of issues with the photo department. I submitted my first order for an 11x14 print. I received a total of four emails saying my order was ready for pick up. I went in twice and the photo had not been printed. I learned to call before driving there again, which I did two additional times. (By the way, the entire photo area is chaotic and disorganized in appearance and function.)The one exceptional employee I talked with, Bob, was very polite, concerned and apologetic. He explained that some equipment was down. He called me to follow up. Unfortunately, we never got a successful print with that order. Then, they "lost" the order in the computer. I was told to resubmit it. I had difficulty accessing the site, however I resubmitted it after 6-7 attempts, for same day pickup. I waited three days and went in. They could not find it. Again. I went out to my car. They called me before I pulled out and said that they had found it. I went back in. The print was made in the wrong orientation. At this point, I gave up and requested a refund, which they gave me.Why on earth would I EVER consider submitting an order here again? They are an utter mess. Be forewarned.

I had an appointment for a flu shot, waited for an hour an a half while 50 other people were served before I just left without my shot. Total waste of time. Zero customer service here, avoid at all costs.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The place needs to be renovated and expanded especially the pharmacy. The workers at the pharmacy aren't the most helpful or nice either. This is the only place where I couldn't get my GoodRX discount.

Pharmacist Joseph is rude, inefficient, and clearly not cut out to be a pharmacist. Phone calls are never answered, vaccination appointments are hours behind.

One star for the two employees (one at the counter and one who administered the shots) that helped me as they were both nice; however, the pharmacy is severely understaffed. The process from actual appointment time for two shots to the time I left was 45 minutes. There was a line the entire time I was there and a women who arrived after me seated herself in the chair where shots are administered to wait; this also meant she helped herself to cut in line for her shot. Unacceptable considering the amount of time every person had to wait. Poor staffing and organization. I will not return.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I have Covid, couldn't walk in the store and I tried to reach the pharmacist by phone, was waiting for 44 minutes, and gave up. Then he called to arrange a pickup of my prescription. We agreed I'd be there at a certain time. But they weren't there. There was no confirmation email or text so I couldn't let them know I was there. A rude employee basically said it would be at least 20 minutes. I'm sick, and it's cold! So I left. Then another person called who kept interrupting me. These people don't give a damn about customers; they are lackadaisical, rude, and unprofessional. Stay away!

The manager(Ryan) doesn't know how to run a store, has a superiority complex and being very rude to those working under him he should be demoted immediately. However, those working under him (Bob & Chris) were very polite and thoughtful they should have his job.

This review is specific to the Pharmacy. The rest of the store and employees are great, pleasant and helpful. I have been using this store/pharmacy for many, many years, The last few years there has been an obvious change in the level of pharmacy service. Drugs not available, no follow through on contacting providers or insurance, open minimal hours and let's not forget the middle of the day closure for lunch. Sure, we can blame some of this on the Covid outbreak, but come on, seriously, every time I need something from the pharmacy it is a total pain in the a*** I tried to use the "Express Pay" to save wait time and the cashier told me to go to the back of the line. I refused (it was a separate window/line.) He started bad mouthing me to the customer he was working with right in front of me and everyone else in line! He finally called someone else to help me. If you don't want someone using a service, DON'T OFFER the service. Today was more of the same; I have an automatic refill due a week ago. Status Update keeps saying delayed; for insurance issues. As I am going out of town Tuesday I put on my big girl panties and went to the pharmacy. The cashier took my insurance cards and put in the info. This took a bit of waiting as he kept leaving the computer and doing other things. He finally comes back and says the insurance needs to be contacted and he would call them "later this afternoon." Now keep in mind I've been waiting a week already while they are supposedly doing this very thing. I said I would come back on Monday to get the prescription. He responded, "Oh no, ma'am, it takes at least 3 business days." Today was the tipping point for me. I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Right after that the Walgreen's Pharmacist called me about the insurance. I told her I'd already requested all my prescriptions be transferred to another pharmacy. Life is too complicated to deal with this b.s. every month. I would not recommend this pharmacy. Uh, uh, no way. Go anywhere else for quality timely service.

The pharmacy is like a screwball comedy. While I was there waiting for my booster two parents were turned away after having made reservations for their kids online. Another customer didn't get their Rx that was put in 5 days ago. There were obvious issues between corporate, systems, and processes that are making it impossible for the staff to do their jobs well.The customers are getting irate. The staff frustrated. It took over a half hour for me to get my shot. Plus the store is getting rather long in the tooth. Filthy walls and floors, fogged up plexiglass, and just a grungy feeling.

Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy in my life. Back and forth over a week with no resolution. Pharmacy techs are rude and condescending over the phone and in person. Just get new jobs if you hate your life that much ladies! Avoid this location at all costs.
