This shop took good care of us when I expected to be S.O.L. I purchased a piece with the fritted disc which I still think is super cool stoner technology however the piece we got was defective as it clogged after the first hit and no amount of repetitive cleaning would resolve the persistent issue. This was a gift for my lady but ended up being a paper weight. Guys behind the counter could only offer limited suggestions but eventually I got in touch with regional manager and he was super kind and able to get us full store credit for my purchase so today iI was able to get her an awesome piece of glass. I still stuck with Simba glass but decided not to go the fritted disc route. So far it hits amazing,y and doesn’t appear to be clogging in anywhere near as bad as the glass from before. I did ended up having to spend a bit more to get the glass I thought would be best but still really happy with the experience that we have a functioning piece.

It’s a good smoke shop but they have some really annoying/ unnecessary rules in place: like not being able to tell you the price of anything over the phone and not being able to use a credit card that doesn’t match the name on your ID. I don’t see why I can’t use my boyfriend’s credit card. Never had to encounter any other business or smoke shop with these kindaof “rules” in place.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! They sell broken items and wont let you return or exchange! They expect us to test the bongs for them?! How can i test it at your store?! Want me to bring in water and see if the bolng will hold it? Want me to go to the non existing bathroom to put water in it?!They say store policy is no return or exchange. BUT ITS OK TO SELL BROKEN ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!
