Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, extremely rude, defensive, and unhelpful. All I’m trying to do is upgrade my WiFi and it seems impossible. Did not solve my problem and gave me no options for a solution. Definitely changing providers.

The employee kept cussing and telling me how much he hated working here. He asked my SSN 5 times and was unable to connect my new device. I had to return the following day to do it.

Pretty easy stuff. I went in to return a modem and ask about some charges that were lingering on my account after I cancelled my WIFI service. Michael was quick to welcome me in and handle my questions. My charges were dropped in a matter of minutes. I was a bit worried the process would be annoying, but it wasn't at all. Mike also got my name right, something that can be rather difficult. Thanks Mike!

A grandmother just came to return her equipment, she waited 50 minutes just to get a receipt,lol

What an absolute waste of time. When I checked in, I stated what I was trying to accomplish and asked if it was possible so we didn't waste either of our time. This was regarding a business account and transferring a number to another phone.
After 35 minutes, she never had me on the list, the business person who handles business I watched for 20 minutes just talk to another employee not knowing who he was I found out I was never put in the queue that i had to go check after noone checked on me.
At 45 minutes thr woman who originally supposedly checked me in said she would help me now brings the business rep and after another 10 minutes of explaining again having my manager also having to call regarding trying to get this resolved I was told what I was trying to accomplish could not be done. So I stated well that wasted both our time, which is when the woman who checked me in rolled her eyes.
The problem was not that they could not do what I needing it was
When I came in and asked the question, the employee did nothing to find out left me there waiting when the business rep was there and again had an opportunity to find out nothing happened.The business reps response was well we've only been doing business accounts for a couple years. So if you want your time wasted no accountability while they are learning how to handle business accounts, this is the place for you. For me, absolute waste of time and money will not be using or adding accounts.

Had a lovely experience, setting up my WiFi was super easy, the customer service at the store was excellent, couldn’t be happier. Besides the fact that WiFi is wicked fast, the fact that the xfinity store front exists is so nice. This should be rated much higher imo, definitely skip the online phase and just come straight to the store if you run into any issues. 10/10

This is a review for xfinity's online customer service. It's not about this store.
It's impossible to speak to a person without going into the store. There's no phone number that gets you a person only an automated menu that goes nowhere. The system wouldn't let me update my credit card expiration and wouldn't let me speak to a representative. The mobile service itself is ok. The customer service is terrible

Comcast in Boulder is an absolute joke. Internet goes out on a weekly basis and you have to spend an hour on the phone to get a few dollar credit if you're lucky.
Update: Another outage, so I clicked on the link they responded with and have not received a response for 20 minutes despite being "first in line".
