I come here all the time and the service is always horrible, but I felt like writing a review after the guy at the counter who I always see tried to get on my case for getting my wallet out of my backpack, saying it was “suspicious.” Dude, I’m literally here almost every day buying the exact same thing from you. I’m just gonna start going to the City Market gas station instead.

For a store surrounded by so much wealth and charging premium prices for everything, you’d expect the basics to be taken care of here. Instead, the bathrooms are consistently dirty and neglected — which says a lot about how the owners run this place.
It feels less like a convenience store and more like a cash cow for ownership, with little regard for the patrons who actually keep the lights on. Clean, functional bathrooms should be the bare minimum, especially when you’re charging more across the board than other locations.
The location and demand give this place a monopoly feel, but the lack of care for customers really shows.

Just a bunch of incompetent people working here a bunch of coward, who won’t even answer the phone. Today’s date 7–13 2026 time- Of issue was from 10:15 pm to 11:30pm. Staff refused to answer the phone, which just pick it up and hold one button down. Even seem like they just put the phone down because they were too scared to do their job. With it being peak season, I can’t believe any store manager would allow this from an employee. Don’t know what kind of person sends out a frozen pizza For a ready to eat order!!!

1.)This 7/11 closes everyday at 3am-4am and all their systems are down which seems super fraudulent because the 7/11 down the street doesn't reboot their systems neither does any 7/11 I've ever been to.
2.)Their employees are completely disrespectful at 4:40am I bought a breakfast item which was raw and cold I go back inside the attend just laughed at me said they aren't ... Well why would you even sell it to me in the first place if they aren't finished cooking. (Not the only time employees just lack respect, people sleep at the counter)
3.) Their bathroom facilities are absolutely trashed.
4.) The soda machines have been missing syrup for more than 3months.
I never leave awful reviews about stores or anything but this place needs new employees/management corporate needs to look into this 7/11 especially with the location being here in a ski resort town come on....

Disgusting store. Disgusting and disrespectful staff. Slurpee machines are always gross/broke.
Clerk is always just clucking away on his headset in Hindi to some pathetic soul. Meanwhile you are now forced to wait to pay for your overpriced Gatorade.

$23 for two 12oz cans of water. Give me a break. I canceled those items. Complete scam. Yet I use my card here to buy 2 granola bars but I will keep an eye on my statement after reading all the reviews. Watch out people.

Card readers on pumps sucks attendants inside couldn’t care less. Literally sleeping at the counter. Bathrooms gross. Paper towel dispensers don’t works just awful.

Keep an eye on the prices; they’re already jacked up higher than other places, but in the store items are advertised lower than they ring up - If you point it out they tell you it’s a new price and will not honor the prices you saw. If you’re doing the reward program too; also pay attention to the name on the screen.. been noticing my points are going to “Matt”. I hate complaining but this might be the worst 711 you could go to. Bathroom also is often not the best.

No coffee at 9 am. No cups for pop. Completely out of cups for soda. Will not stop here again.
