City Liquors is a great local liquor store with a huge and excellent selection, including many local and Colorado spirits, local products, and items like snow capped ciders. It is much bigger inside than expected and nicely laid out. Prices are great and very reasonable for a ski town. The staff is generally described as the nicest, most knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, understanding, and cool, offering good recommendations. Some experiences note a very aggressive and pushy staff member. The store has a fun selection of airplane sample sizes by the register and is very close to the grocery.

This great liquor store. I love buying liquor here. I think that Samuel guy is secretly in love with manager. He got banned from store after multiple advances were rejected and took it very not good. Don't worry Sam I'm sure there are plenty of old guys that would love to kiss you back in Breckenridge.
