Good souvenir shop with a decent selection. Items were well priced. Popular sizes were out of stock on some of the clothing which was a bummer, but we were still able to find stuff for everyone. Lots of stuff on clearance with great deals.

Their stuff is nice but customer service is horrible! I was going to purchase some items and asked the man at the register if he could get a shirt down for me that was hanging at the very top he said yes but then the man beside him (I believe was the owner) told me to purchase the items I already had and to make a separate purchase for the other shirt because he had to check out the people behind me. I told him he could check out the people behind first since I wanted to make only one purchase. He got upset and slammed on the register. I told him I didn't want anything anymore and walked away.

Just had the most pleasant experience with store owner who went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend!!!

We purchased several items and upon returning home, noticed that one of the shirts was defective. I reached out via fb messenger and they offered to send me a replacement IF I would send them an envelope with prepaid postage addressed to myself. What I found was this would have been half the cost of the original item. (Assuming I sent an empty envelope. If had to send the defective shirt back, I would basically be paying the cost of a new shirt in postage). When I tried to question this, I found they had blocked me on messenger. Then I posted a question on their Facebook page, and they immediately blocked me there! So unprofessional. I know another customer that had this identical experience. If you shop there, don’t expect high quality or decent customer service if you need anything. If they were (or are) willing to work with me in a more reasonable way, I would certainly update my review to reflect their service.

Great shop in downtown Breckenridge! They had some of the cutest designs compared to the other shops. I would definitely recommend. Workers were willing to go above and beyond to help me out, even from 100s if miles away! Thank you!
