Had a problem with a fairly new jacket and took it back there. Gentleman there was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a nicer jacket that was on clearance. Cost me a little more but well worth it. This store is a very positive reflection of the Helly Hanson brand. Wish i had more time to look through the other clearance deals. Thank you!

Easy peasy. Needed a light jacket for my visit and the salesperson (Mia D) was low-key, no pressure, super helpful. Just let me look around, try on stuff and I am SO happy with my purchase. Well done, HH!

I forgot a fleece on my trip to the mountains! I had been looking along Main Street and I didnt want to get the typical tourist sweater. Also my arms are long and my neck is large so I have a hard time with hoodies and normal sweaters. I found a great fleece here that buttons up on top and that fit me perfectly. The woman at the counter was super friendly and helped my find my size. I will have this sweater for a long time (great quality) and it looks cool. Thank you!

I had the best customer experience of my life here. On my last run of the day, my coat tore along the seam. I was bummed, but I decided to swing by the HH store in town just to see if I could get it repaired. Sam and Morgan are simply the greatest. They told me they could send it out for repair, and then when they saw it ripped along the seam, they told me it was actually covered by the warranty! They helped me pick out a new coat and even gave me the option of choosing a cheaper coat and using the rest of my credit on new snow pants. They transformed a bummer of a day into the best day of my trip within minutes.

Helly Hansen warranties are legit! This store swapped a 2 yr old jacket with broken zipper for a brand new jacket… free, no questions asked!! Amazing service!! Will never use another ski brand.
