We are from out of town and they tried to refuse honoring their first responder discount to my trans brother in law, who is a firefighter. Tara was checking us out and said “those are girl clothes, you cannot redeem your discount if those aren’t for you.” They, my brother in law, then had to go out of their comfort zone to explain where they stand in this world. Which was extremely shocking for me. A first responder, is a first responder!!! Doesn’t matter their sexual orientation. The only reason I’m giving any stars was the sweet other coworkers who were comforting, helped us find clothing, and were so sweet to us.

I was dragged into this store by my wife in order to correct an apparent wardrobe deficiency of which I had not previously been aware. And it wasn't bad! The staff was very helpful and friendly, all sizes were available for each style we considered. And it wasn't hard to find just the thing to satisfy both she and I. Win win. I'll walk in willingly next time.

Visiting from denver and had the intention of buying a puffer jacket. One of the employees was obviously watching me while “rearranging” things on the rack. We made eye contact a few times and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I decided to leave and stayed out loud “I know you’re observing me and making me feel unwelcome”. She watched me after I left the store, from inside while, I was at the crosswalk. I’ve never had such a bad experience at lulu
