We scheduled a move with Doug and was quoted $500 for a half day. On the agreed-upon moving day, Doug never showed up and never answered/responded to multiple calls and texts. As of this review, there has been no communication from Doug. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism.

Terrible! I will never use them again. My client was told they would be there in the morning and it was early afternoon and they hadn't finished and when questioned about the timing he was rude and obnoxious. I called my client and apologized for ever having referred them. This was my second bad experience with them as I thought I would give them another chance. Never again. Doug is rude, trash talking and not reliable. Not to mention he left my clients new couch on the ground where it was wet. He left one of my mattresses on the ground that was filthy. I could go on but you get the message. My experiences have been awful.

Wish I could give -1 star. Doug Miner is a scam artist. He is a "local". Not a good guy. Doug, it's time for you to go out and get a real job. There are lots of help wanted signs out there. Better yet sail back to your motherland. Murica don't want you here no more.

Doug and his 3 guys moved a houseful of furniture from my place in Silverthorne to our house in Denver. it was a full truck. Lots of furniture.They did a great job. Everything was wrapped for transit in blankets, nothing got broken. They got it done. And it was a very hot day in Denver.

I hired Miner's moving today and was given a bid of $550 for the move as I have a small Aframe. Doug, the owner walked up our driveway and increased the price to $850. He said the reason why is our driveway, he couldn't get his truck up it, and there was minor snow/ice, and lastly, he said due to the elevation of 10,000 feet. His business is in Fairplay, Colorado which is located in the Colorado Mountains. I started Talking with him and he was extremely rude and a description of his behavior came to my mind of a con artist. He jacked up the price of the move as he was walking up my driveway. He also did not wait for us at our gate he removed the gate from it's pins and opened it on his own. He worked for a total of 5 hours. I plan on reporting him and his business to BBB. Please folks do not use this company.

We needed to remove and dispose of old furniture from a condo we were going to remodel in Breckenridge.Doug and his helper showed on time and did the job very efficiently.The price was fair.
