Whoever is working put up a bathroom break be back in 5 minutes walked out of the bathroom after 5 minutes to the cash register shot a dirty look pointed at his watch and went right back into the bathroom and has been in there for 15 minutes now. Going to the 711 down the street.

I had a strange and unpleasant experience at this store. I brought six bottles of soda to the checkout and greeted the cashier with a “hi,” but he completely ignored me. He scanned the items, and I paid, but instead of saying anything, he just gave me a thumbs up. I asked for a bag, and he told me it was 25 cents. I said “sure” and paid for it, but he handed me the smallest paper bag, barely big enough for the items.
As I was leaving, he pointed at the basket I used and gestured that I had to return it all the way back to the entrance where I got it. Not sure what was up with his attitude, but the whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unfriendly.
