We can’t get mail at our houses in this county. So naturally, this is a very busy and overstressed small post office.

They are understaffed. Sometimes the employees are harsh and uncaring. As a consumer, I am sick and tired of rude staff and the lack of REAL customer service.

They get the job done since there are no other good options for mail in Breckenridge. It will take forever to get your package and they might lose your package too. The hours that they’re open are not great if you work a day job. On the bright side, the employees are friendly
