The water was cold for my pedi my massage on my feet was so soft you could barely feel it. I even told her that it was cold but does not speak in english. And I even call to make appointment with the same person I usually get and told me to come in and they all ready had appointment with someone. So i didn't get my nails done I just got a pedi this was second time I made a appointment with them and didn't get it so I will let slide once but not twice. I am done with them.

Lam is my favorite nail tech he is always attentive to detail and always makes sure I am happy with my nails. He is great at designs no matter how intricate. I also am prone to ingrown toenails and every time I get a pedicure, they do very well at making me feel comfortable while removing the ingrown. I highly recommend Lisa and Lam they are great techs.

Amazing! It is really hard to find a good nail salon, even with as many as there are, and they Listen, make you feel relaxed, and do exactly what you want.

Ii saw Lam for the first time. He was very good. Paid a lot of attention to detail took very good care of me. I definitely will be returning.

The design is cute and the shape is great, but just a couple days after my nails were done they started getting a grainy texture. This can be due to improper curing or the fact that the nail tech didn’t have me wash hands after filing before applying the acrylic and gel polish. Seemed a bit rushed. Otherwise I would have been very happy with the results.

This place used to be amazing...however I've been there 3 times in the past 2 1/2 months and I ALWAYS leave disappointed. As a nail tech, if you can't do the design shown (this time asked for simple milky white, left with pink) then say so maybe someone else can.
And don't try to convince me its the same or better color. ITS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.
