Do not order from them on Uber or Doordash. They will 100% of the time miss something or change it for something cheaper. At least, that is my experience. I tried a few times, and consistently, they have missed something. Even when I came to pick up, they missed food and i had to run back in. I requested a refund 5 times from doordash, which is embarrassing for me. Don't respond back with and automatic ....this doesn't sound right.... because 1 time maybe 2 time possibly but 5 times shame! And I have the proof I order from other places and it's just this location and store I have issues with.

Poor customer service. Came to the counter with two monsters that were advertised for $4.50. The cashier rang up the 2 monsters at $7 something. I mentioned the sign saying 2 for $4.50. He rang up a third monster which gave a deal but I only wanted 2. I expressed I only wanted 2 and he said the deal with 3 monsters. I would have continued my point but there was a line behind me and I needed to pump gas and get my kids from school. Horrible customer service

Consistently, the absolute worst gas station I've ever been to in my life. The pumps don't work. The people that work there are awful. It is dreadful. I live super close and it is right on my way to/from work but I will NEVER go here again.

I don't make it a habit to comment when things are super bad, or even a gas station, but I feel like an exception needs to be made. The appearance of a nearly new building hides how disgusting it actually was. My teenage boys refused to use the restroom. My wife hovered over the toilet. The counter with the fountain drinks was sticky. No straws. The courtesy wiper squeegee stations were putrid smelling and dry. Gentleman behind the register was rude. 7 Eleven should revoke their franchise membership.

The equipment and supplies for washing your windshield and windows are in disrepair and empty. The receptacles stink like sewage. See pics. They all look like this. If you need to wipe down your windows next fill up, go somewhere else until they fix this.

People that work there are not customer friendly. They stay in the back and leave you standing at the the register. I just left got tired of waiting almost 10 minutes

This is the third 7-11 in the Brighton area that does not have their coffee machines stocked and ready. The guy behind the counter was more interested in his phone versus opening the cabinet to fill the capachino machine. He said nothing even we told him the machine was empty and needed to be refilled, he came around the corner like a zombie wirh his head in his phone.

Dishonest and rude!The clerk was on his cell phone the whole time I was there. The price for the drinks was 50% more than what was listed on their sign. He even walked back to correct me but then saw that the price was for the specific drinks I chose and I was correct. He then said that the computer is always right. During the whole exchange, he was on his earphones talking with someone at the same time as me.Oh, and gas costs an extra 40 cents a gallon versus less than a mile away.Thieves live here. Go to another store!

Their soda machine is always working. Yeah! I have noticed that 7-11 generally has their machine working so if there is a 7-11 around when I want a soda I go to 7-11.

I’m not here to leave a review lol I’m just here to find the lady that was in front of me. She drives a little white car. 9-14-21 she had a red jacket with a white shirt and black dress pants. Super gorgeous and perfect smile. We gave each other the wink. But she was in a rush.
