I’ve been to the store several times and the service has always been just okay. I’ve only gone here because it is somewhat more convenient for me than Home Depot and Lowe’s just 10 minutes down the road. This time they refused to mix and sell me a can of paint. They said this was because “it’s too close to closing time.” This seems to be a little unreasonable when you have a customer in front of you willing to pay 11 minutes before you close. This seems to be a trend with the customer service. I do not recommend this store and I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

The whole visit was great. Took like 2 hours while we troubleshot getting two new keys cut and working. I appreciate the time and effort to get my stuff taken care of.

Took screen door into Ace to be rescreened. They did a great job at rescreenjng my sliding glass screen door. But they put out lock backwards (put lock on outside of house instead of inside). Took it back only to have them say they fixed it but didn't. Had them call me to tell me I was wrong, and to come get it. I picked it up and they did correct the side the lock was on but now my screen won't lock. I GIVE UP!
