All employees are very nice as well as helpful when needed. It is great environment to watch a movie with no outside noises to distract.

The app is terrible. Fun movie theater. Try and use the website to buy tickets instead of the App. They always have a good selection of movies. It's not crowded if you can go during the day on weekdays.
