The store manager is very rude!!! How is it possible that you can’t return something after 10 days even with tags and receipt. I truly loved coming in here but after this not sure if I want to stop by anymore. It doesn’t make sense how the mall or any other store has a 30 day exchange or return policy meanwhile here being second hand items or clothing you only have 10 days ??♀️

I like this store but my experience dropping stuff off for donation was unfavorable. I pulled up & the guy opened my door and started grabbing stuff. It felt a little invasive and not all of it was donation. I had to retrace everything and make sure ether didn't grab the wrong things. I said something about how it didn't feel right that they did that and he just said "that's how it goes" I told him again I didn't think it was right for then to do that and he just looked at me like I was crazy

I’m not sure why the older cashier lady is still working here after so many other bad reviews about her. She is very rude and unprofessional. I guess this is the only job she can keep and get away with it.

Pretty good arc. They keep the store reasonably well organized and clean. Lines can get a little long from time to time.

This, in my opinion, is by far the best Arc Thrift Store in the Metro area. It's always neat and clean, plus they have the clothes arranged not only by size, but by color also---which makes for a much better shopping experience. Most of the employees that I've come in contact with have been very nice. Some of the items are a little pricey, but if you have the time to hunt, there are bargains to be found, and don't forget to look at the front of the store behind the cash register counters; there are a lot of high-end items for sale. (I always forget about those until I get up to the register, when I'm done shopping. ). The store does get really busy at times, especially when they have the half-price sales; but that just requires shoppers to be a little more patient. If you're in a rush---thrift store shopping might not be for you.

This is my home town Arc, and over the years it's gotten more expensive, but it's still a pretty nice store. As someone who loves cosplaying and getting dressed up, they usually have something! Sad that the price has gone up, but it's still pretty nice.

DONT waiste your time Donating furniture to this location! Was told accepting furniture donation, rented a truck and when we got there they told us they would not take the donations. GO to the Northglenn location instead.

Saturday is 50% off... wait on line for 25 minuets because they have 1 cashier, and was told everything but yellow tags!! How are you going to charge MORE than Walmart for some play dough ??♀️ rip off. If there was more help behind the counter, and or would another 45 minutes to check out, I would return this. SMH

Absolutely terrible! The 2 males working in the drop off on 6/5/24 at approximately 12:25pm, were extremely rude. One of them through (not placed) the electric scooter I donated on the ground because I didn’t have the power cord attached to it and the other told me “this is b… s….” Wow! Trying to do something nice and get treated rudely.

Why are the people that unload your car so crabby? I think they need some happy pills. They are rude and so crabby. I won't go there with donations any more. I'll have another thrift store pickup at my home.

Very clean and organized for a thrift store. It's a great place to shop for events like we are attending a neon party soon and I found shirts for us for a few dollars each. My kids are in Musical Theater so it's great for props too. Plus I always find a few extra cute things. Employees aren't rude but aren't enthused to be there either.

The customer at this location is terrible. We were in here Saturday, had a fairly large purchase, and when I asked if we could get them bagged, the cashier said, with an attitude " Well, you have to pay for it." Which we would've been happy to do. She didn't ask if we wanted one or not when we approached the register in the first place. Did she just assume we didn't want one because we didn't say anything? We were at the location in Thornton a week prior and did not any issues. Don't know what this lady's problem is. Also your " security " guy is a joke. He asked for our receipt, and marked it without even looking at it. Also he was complaining about how he didn't understand why there are so many people on Saturdays when, " the deals aren't that great."

I love the arc! This location is neat, organized and the staff is helpful. You can use credit card and they have 10 day returns on everything except jewelry and mattress. Just scored a 120 keurig for 8.99!

This place will swindle you! All jewelry is final sale, which is understandable however I purchased an expensive ring, took off the tag in my car, and saw a giant chip hiding under the sticker. I tried to return it and would have been fine with/happy with in store credit, but they refused to take it back. Folks, Check under stickers because they over price things and hide their flaws with them. Literally bought it and tried to return it a minute later. Wow. It's very disappointing to feel taken advantage of at a charity shop. What a trash establishment. I'd rather give 25 bucks to a junky if I knew this is how i'd get treated.
