Elias was such an amazing help! I was trying to cancel my lines and he sat on the phone with me through the customer service call and walked me through my whole bill! Ive been in this location a couple of times and he is the most helpful person there! Ask for him if you want some amazing customer service !

Our reason for a visit was not a unique reason. I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience with my previous provider so we wanted to add me to my husband's plan. We went into the store in Brighton, CO at approximately 2:20 pm on 4/20 and we were immediately greeted by a friendly and informative team member named Elias. I am so grateful for our decision to make the switch. The customer service was beyond what I've ever experienced with a phone carrier. Elias truly went above and beyond for my husband and I.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR ANY PLANS FROM THIS STORE!! This is an "authorized retailer" not an actual corporate store. They straight up lied to me about our bill. They added two different plans that we did not consent to. They added a watch, activated the number and someone is using it, and it isn't anyone in our family. They did the same with a second tablet. We specifically said we did not want a watch. Our bill was more than double what they said it would be. My husband talked to an actual corporate store and they said stay away from the authorized retailers, as they are known to steal from people. BE AWARE. I should've stuck with my Verizon plan!
Edit: it's been a week. I emailed to the address in the reply and haven't heard anything. I went to the store to return the tablet and they tried to jerk me around again before finally returning it and canceling that line. They refuse to say anything about the watch. So I still strongly recommend avoiding this store!!

Zack made the whole process smooth and funny. He was a great guy, only part that too a bit was me trying to remember my password and even then he was able to help me reset it and get everything back on track. 100% would recommend he's very relatable.

Walked in tonight needing assistance with getting a new phone, but the guy there seemed uninterested in helping me out. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for him to finish with his customer, but they are more interested in talking about their personal life’s.

Zack at the AT&T store in Brighton goes above and beyond to help out with everything. He will not lie to you like the kiosk in SAMS club. If you need true help and truth, go see Zack at the AT&T store at the prairie center in Brighton CO.

I came in and Elias was extremely helpful replacing my screen protectors on my galaxy z 3 phone. ATT needs to carry the screen protectors for the galaxy z3 fold phones.
