I had a scheduled appt. and when I arrived, there was nobody there to complete my pets scheduled manicure, It was about a 20 minute drive. I had to make arrangements for my ride. No cancelation call or no attempt to notify me to reschedule. The staff was nice and friendly.

The care our puppy received from Banfield was good, and they always treated him very well. I did not give 5 stars because the wellness plans were not very up front about certain things like how many visits you get included. When we signed up in Omaha, we asked specifically if we would be able to go to any Banfield location at any time, and they told us yes. Later, we learned that in order to receive any preventative medicines, we would need to have him examined at every new location. This is a problem for us as we travel for work. It wouldn't have been such an issue except it is not unlimited exams as it leads you to believe upon signing up. Our wellness plan is not even up until October but once we got him neutered we were sent home with everything left on his plan medication wise and then I received a text stating he only had one more included visit in his plan. There was also a point where the app alerted me that he was due for a comprehensive exam. So I scheduled it and had it completed on the date the app said it was due. At the end of that visit, I was informed that the app is often inaccurate. Why not fix these issues? We won't be continuing through Banfield because of these misleading issues. If it weren't for the awesome staff, I would have given 3 stars instead of 4.

We took our dog to this animal hospital and they gave him anti nausea medication and sent him home. Turns out our dog caught parvo and ended up passing away. These people didn't even bother running the tests to see if it was parvo, completely unprofessional and not caring at all. Maybe if they would have taken the necessary action, he would still be with us. I will NEVER take another one of my pets to Banfield

Extremely disappointing!!! My pet needed some meds to calm her for the holidays. We tried the med and I called back to get more so she could be calmer for the holidays. NOPE! That doc was on vacation and didn’t write notes well enough so when I called back she could get the meds. She had to suffer through the holidays very uncomfortable and I now have to wait another 4 days to get the meds. Horrible customer service and pet care!!! Once we are out of this contract, NEVER going back.

I can't speak on the hospital because I have never used it. I only get dog food from Pet Smart.

Only getting one start because that is the lowest I can go. Horrible service and horrible response time. Call in for a prescription refill well ahead of time before my dog runs out of meds. Then they say it was never requested. The ladies answering the phones are RUDE and disrespectful. Horrible attitudes! I will definitely be looking at other options as this Brighton location is HORRIBLE!!!!

My dog been going to banfield since he was a puppy he is 4 now. Here recently his health was declining. I took him for his check up they did blood work and checked his fecal. They told me he was fine when he wasn't. He was losing red blood cells and he became anemic. He shown on his blood work that it drop dramatically. They told me if he gets worse to bring him back. I try to do that but all they wanted me to do was to drop off my dog and sit there for 6hrs tell a vet can get to him. I ended up taking him to a different vet clinic. The vet there was very concerned about him. He end up having a ultrasound and found a big mass in his Intestines. She was amazed on how they missed his blood work. My dog was basically dying from bleeding internally. He had surgery to remove the mass. I will never bring my dogs back to banfield for malpractice and miss Diagnosis. He almost died in there care. I thought the whole point was to have a wellness plan was to catch something like this. All I was told he was fine. My dog suffered for 2 months he really could of died now he might have cancer. I think they should pay for his surgery and pain and suffering along with any treatments he my need in the future. I been so emotional distress throughout this whole thing and I have a disability on top of this. He didn't have a easy life to begin with and that's why we did the wellness plan to catch anything that might come up later in his life. That sure didn't happen. I hope people stop taking there pets here they sure didn't care for my dogs well being. He didn't Deserve this at all. I am so mad at banfield never again my pets will go to them. I have reached out to them and no one cared they were very rude to me. All honesty talking to them didn't resolve there mistakes for almost killing my dog.

From our dogs first visit 7 years ago to the most recent we were impressed. The most recent visit was sadly to say good bye to our girl. Employees were so kind as we fell apart. Should we get a new pet we will return.

I Love the Dr's. There and the Vet tech Diana is Amazing. However I think the wait for in room appointments are to long I always have to drop my dogs off for the day. Also as much as I pay for their wellness plans I should get better rates on tests and medications.
