ATM tried to take my money, I had to insert the bills one at a time to get it to give me my full amount. Count your money before you put it in.

I called ahead to see process of opening a CD. I was told no appointment was necessary and to just come I . When I went to the bank later in the day we waited for multiple drive thru customers before we were greeted. When we were finally called up and let the teller know what we were there for she showed me a schedule that had 2 appointments on it and said they may not be able to help us because an appointment was necessary. She typed away on her computer without saying a word for several minutes not even acknowledging we were still standing there waiting to be helped. I told her we were leaving a DM she said sorry , have a good day. Tried calling to talk to a manager and kept getting hung up on.Took our business to Bellco and was in and out in 20 minutes .First impression was horrible.

If you have any questions regarding the change to BMO, don’t bother asking Swanette. When asked questions about my bank account, I was told to “read the agreements” as she cannot make a guarantee that I would not get a charge for withdrawing funds. I told her that’s why I was there to find out, she caught an attitude and LOUDLY asked the employee next to her if I can take out said amount in my account and leave said amount in my account.When I mentioned I am taking out my money as I have not had ANY access to my funds since the start of this transition and STILL DONT (not even ATM) , she insisted that I don’t take the money out but never once did she try to ASSIST me into having access to my funds via any other way than coming to the bank directly. Swanette was very rude and had a nasty attitude despite all of the changes that have been made recently and despite that she literally works at a bank who manages my funds that I have no access to.0/10 recommend the new branded bank of the west to BMO. No access to my money, not a single person able to speak to to give me access to my money, and rude employees.

A wonderful inviting bank with wonderful staff. Diane Rodriquez is a wonderful banker who goes above and beyond. I recommend this place for all of your banking needs!

I walked on a Saturday, after going to other banks in the area. Everyone required an appointment, this was the only bank that was not as busy. it was 11am when I got there, the lady sitting at the very front small desk was with another client, who was opening an acct. I sat there for a good 30 min., I waited a liitle longer and asked her if it was going to be much longer, she responded that she was working on a business acct and those take longer to open. I was pretty upset, because she should have told me that so I didn't waste time there and go across the street to open an acct. But I didn't, instead I sat there to hear this new customer talk senseless conversations about his affairs with several tellers at other banks near by, which is why is was now opening a new acct. Ridiculous. I was super upset, i could have used that time to open an acct elsewhere.

Bank of the Worst. Here's some positives. One, no lines except on government check cashing days. Two, some banks now practically accost you when you walk in, like a valet. This branch is very Hands Off, as in, it will be so quiet when you go in, you'll be able to hear the drive thru teller muttering to herself. The decorations: stranded in 1970, very nostalgic. No costumer-use restroom, but also, no smell...Parking...if you liked the ET Adventure Ride at Universal Studios, then you're in for the ride of your life!

I go out of my way to Bank at this Brighton location. Tiffani is Always Cheerful and Helpful. Even when I mess up my own account she helps me repair it. Always available when I call out of the blue. All other Tellers are Happy to help when she isn't available. Kudos.

Customer service is terrible . Never enough employees to handle the amount of customers . Impossible to get a hold of anyone if there is a problem with your account . There's got to be a better bank than this .

Incompetent staff who will waste your time. I would go to other bank of the west branches. These people accept zero responsibility and try telling me I'm in the wrong. I cashed a check they handed me the money. I told them no, I wanted it cashed and deposited and now the funds aren't instantly available. I needed to pay a bill. Thanks for nothing!

My 16 year old daughter opened an account here with my name on it of course. Out of nowhere they closed her account. No warning, no nothing. Her direct deposit from her job got sent back to the company she works for and we had a huge mess. I don’t understand how they can just do that? And many people I’ve spoken to, said they had closed their accounts also. Steer clear of this bank!

I love this branch! I am greeted at the door and feel so welcome! The bank manager is so outgoing and friendly. She is always extremely helpful. I will drive out of my way to come to the Brighton branch!
