I rushed in and Emerson ran the diagnostic on my engine, discovered the problem, and fixed it all within about 5 minutes when I would have paid a hefty fee to take it into a shop for them to tell me that my battery cable had come loose. As someone who does not know a lot about vehicles, I rely on the experts and mechanics at shops like these and I thoroughly appreciate Emerson's time to help me out and to calm me down when he could see that I was starting to spiral.
