“My transmission went out on Christmas day in LA where I was visiting friends and had to wait 3.5 hours for a tow truck and then sat in the tow truck for 5 hours to deliver it to my mechanic's shop. I then discovered that my 99 Suburu Outback 30th anniversary had a transmission that was only used one year for that model. As a result, I spent a month trying to find a transmission to replace mine. I almost gave up until I contact Ann at Brighton Truck Parts. She told me that she had one. I asked her to send me pics. I received 3 photos of a perfect transmission with the identical part number on mine. It was the cheapest one I had found and she told me that it would arrive within 7-10 days. A week later, the transmission arrived at my mechanic's shop. Three days later, I had my car back again after not having transportation for 35 days. It came with a warranty and I have been doing a great deal of driving in a variety of situations such as going up steep hills and discovered that it performs perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend Brighton Truck Parts.”

“O'Reillys ended up being my go to auto parts store for my most recent repair job. I replaced the front brakes and brake rotors on my van. Also replaced the bearings and did a brake fluid flush. I ended up making a few trips to O'Reillys throughout the couple weeks it took me to complete the repairs. They were helpful and got me the correct parts I needed the first time and a couple parts that they didn't have in stock they ordered for me and the parts arrived quickly. They were good at communicating with me over the phone and in store to get me the right parts for the job. Prices are comparable to other local autoparts stores and all in all I am happy with the whole experience I had with them. My only complaint would be that a bottle of O'Reillys brand brake fluid that I bought there had a small amount of debris in the bottom of the container. This is a mystery to me because the bottle was sealed so, not sure what was going on with that. I was going to return it but used it to flush my old brake fluid and purchased a different brand to refill my brake fluid. Seems like a manufacturing issue of course and not anything that would be the fault of this particular store location. They were very helpful here. Thank you O'riellys!”

“I had some DPF work done at another shop and when I got to Denver I discovered they had left a clamp lose. I called the KW dealer in Denver and was told 3 to 4 days to get in. I found a small shop that actually couldn't do the repair they sent me to TRP it's owned by the KW dealer but they got right in and took care of my repair right away and both the tech and desk were great the price was not more than I thought it would be and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I know when I'm in this area if I need anything this will be my first call shop in the Denver area”

“I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and have relied on Johnson Auto to perform all the maintenance. When we bought our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse, there was no question that we would be taking it to Johnson Auto for service. We had planned a family trip to the mall, but the vehicle died and would not restart. We had the vehicle towed to Johnson Auto, and I was told it would probably be a week before they could even look at it. The news was devastating, since the vehicle is modified to transport an electric wheelchair, and we would be prevented from going on more planned trips. My wife called and made an appeal to the service department but did not get a definitive answer about when the would look at the vehicle. Early the next morning, I got a text that told me they had looked at the vehicle. They had isolated the problem but wanted to run some more tests to be certain that was the only problem. The same afternoon, I received a call telling me the vehicle was ready for pickup. Thanks to Johnson Auto, we can be confident our vehicle is reliable and will allow us to go to planned family events over the holidays. I have made many referrals for Johnson Auto Jeep, and noe they will get many more for Chevrolet. I cannot express how much the prompt service and compassion for our family means. Thanks, again!”

“I went to get gas and my locking gas cap would not unlock. 9:45 stores would be closing. Auto zone was just down the street. So I headed there. I told the gentleman what happened and he went out to my car and with some difficulty he finally got it opened. I bought a non locking one. Today I Took the other one back to advance auto. The lady there insisted they don't sell one's with that kind of key, very argumentative. And the cap was only 4 wks Old AND I had the recite. And when she tried it in the cap, it worked.(she never apologized)Needless to say they lost my business. Because the gentleman at auto zone was very polite and helpful I'll be going there.
