“I took my Jeep Cherokee in for what I thought was an A/C issue. The service writer and tech could find nothing wrong with the A/C issue Calling me they thought it may be the cabin air filter. The replaced the filter, did not charge me a full diag fee. The A/C issue working better than it ever has. The service writers answered my questions and treated me with total respect. I would recommend this operation to anyone looking for honesty.”

We bought a brand new truck Monday from groove ford in centennial. There was some severe sidewall damage to a tire and two others wouldn’t hold air. I called yesterday and told them they needed to put new tires on our truck. They said we were out of their tow radius and we needed to take it over to Brighton and they would get the tires fixed for us and take care of it. Kyle took hold of the situation after I called, ordered tires and had them there in just a few hours. He got everything squared away with groove to get these tires fixed and paid for. Thanks Kyle for taking the time to get us taken care of!”
