I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here has been overwhelmingly negative. When I moved in, the unit was dirty and clearly not cleaned between tenants. There were numerous broken things in our unit, which was never fixed even after bringing it up to management. Our fridge broke almost immediately after moving in, spoiling $200 in groceries, they tried to convince me that I just didn’t have the fridge on the right setting before they finally gave in and replaced it for us. In the middle of July, our AC started experiencing issues, and eventually quit working altogether. It took maintenance over a week to even address our concerns with this, so we spent a week drowning in 100° temperature before they finally replaced it. Even worse, we encountered pests, including cockroaches and what appeared to be bed bugs. We received an email stating that pest control services would be taking place, but they never even showed up to our unit.
The overall environment doesn’t feel safe whatsoever. There are some sketchy neighbors who create constant noise and disturbances, I was even approached by a resident asking for drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. I didn’t even feel safe walking alone outside as a smaller adult female. On top of all of this, we experienced multiple instances of vehicle vandalism in the parking areas. We reached out to management numerous times regarding the vehicle vandalism and each time we were blown off and received absolutely no help. There was estimated $6000 of damage done to our vehicle and management showed NO concern.
On top of everything else, the elevators are constantly breaking down. There was even an incident where we were stuck in the elevator for about 20 minutes, and the response time from the complex and emergency services was extremely slow. It was stressful and made us feel unsafe knowing that such a basic safety issue isn’t being handled reliably. They claimed they fixed it, but the elevator was in an even worse state.
To top it off, management has been unresponsive and difficult to work with. Issues take forever to address, if they’re addressed at all, and communication is consistently poor.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. No one should have to deal with constant maintenance issues, safety concerns, and unresponsive management just to have a place to live. There are plenty of complexes that take better care of their property and the people who live there, so do yourself a favor and avoid the stress, frustration, and added expenses that come with this one.

Everything was fine till one month where there was a huge influx of people moving in. Since then Bedbugs everywhere. Every neighbor i knew had them. They didn't even send someone out to heat treat. They just sent some cheap exterminator who haphazardly sprays around and then left. And don't get me started on how slow the repair folk were and just the constant need of repairs due to how old the building is. I'm happy I had went elsewhere.
Update! (11/7/25)
I kept in touch with my old neighbor and they said that Bedbugs are STILL a huge problem. This time they took pictures at how bad it is so i thought I would share them. The complex is down to 1 and 2 star reviews on yelp, zillow and more. heck its even listed on bedbugreports.com.

I put in an application online for an apartment that said available now they call to tell me they no longer have one available and it won’t actually be available until September. So I put an application in for a unit they don’t have and they won’t refund me run run run from this place they will steal you money

I currently live here and now I’m struggling to pay rent!! They raised my rent saying that supposedly that’s what I had in my last lease, but what they obviously didn’t know was that I have my old lease and it doesn’t show anything about a raised rent!!! I am currently finding another place and might consider getting a lawyer. Also I reported to the last landlord that one of there maintenance offered me beer and I was 17!!! Till now they haven’t done anything about it nor did they fire him! Till today he still gives me the creeps, I was outside with a friend last month and he had the audacity to breath in my ear supposedly to try and scare me!!!! Just cause he knew my friend it still doesn’t give him the rights to do things like that!

So we decided to fill an application and pay them the $240 10 months ago and we have been trying to get in contact with them and their managers and anyone who is higher up and we have been trying since the beginning to get our deposit back it's been 10 months and they will not talk or give me my money. I heard this is a common thing with this terrible company and I've lost out on money. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! and when you do get ahold of them they are rude and absolutely useless! What happened to bridge square?

I’m editing this because it seems to be the only way I get a response from these people.
I lived at Bridge Square for 13 months, from June 2023 to July 2024, and my experience was far from pleasant. From the start, the apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the high rent they charged. The conditions were subpar at best, with constant issues that were either ignored or took forever to be addressed. It was a frustrating place to live, especially considering how much I was paying.
What’s even worse is that after moving out in July, I have yet to receive my security deposit back. I’ve sent 6 emails and made countless calls to the office with no response. No one answers the phone, and I’m being completely ignored. The lack of communication and professionalism is infuriating, and at this point, I’m questioning whether I’ll ever get my deposit back. (This is the last chance before I take legal action)
Given the poor condition of the apartment and the complete disregard for tenant concerns, I would not recommend Bridge Square to anyone. The rent is far too high for the quality of living, and the management’s lack of responsiveness only adds to the frustration. Avoid this place if you can.

This place is a great value! Bruce and staff will answer any questions about the property and the area that you may have. The grounds are kept very clean. The pool and elevators are wonderful to have. Thank you Bruce and Jose for leaving with a wonderful lasting impression.

BE AWARE OF SCAM!! This place charges you $200 before you're even approved in order to hold a unit. If denied, you get money back, but good luck actually getting it back. They have no problem charging your card then and there, but of course, it can't be credited back to your card, and they send you a check in the mail. Well, we were denied August 12, and it's been over 3 months and still NOTHING!!!! We have called multiple times, and they have given us the runaround and felt like they were annoyed that we wanted our money back. November 13, we called and spoke to the manager, and we were told a check had been sent in the mail and should be arriving any day. That was 10 days ago, and still no check!!! IDK what scam these fools are trying to pull, or if they just rely on people forgetting and giving up the pursuit, but it's unacceptable. Corporate has been informed, and legal action will be taken because we have been more than accommodating and patient only to be lied to and taken advantage of. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY MONEY FOR ANY MADE UP HOLD FEE, YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!

Beautiful properties. Terrible communication from management.
They won't actually tell you their rental requirements they have until you spend your money on their holding fee and application fee. Then once they reject you for reasons that aren't explained at all, they will take their sweet time to refund you

I have been living here for a few years. The maintenance team Jose and Bruce, are amazing!! The professionalism Jose exudes is such a perk to living here. I would rather deal with him than the office manager. No matter what the issue is she NEVER has returned one phone call to me. If I send my husband down she helps him immediately. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and not to mention rude. The previous lady Reina was amazing. Not sure what happened there, but this lady is terrible.

I put in an application in June 5th and got a letter of denial June 7th. I have not received a refund for the $200 hold they made me pay and was never told it would be 30 to 60 days to get a refund. It has been a month and I still have yet to receive my $200 refund and when I call the guy is very rude and tells me he doesn't know what say and the manager never calls me to sort it out. I just want my money back!!! This is theft and I will be filing a complaint with corporate!

If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would The only thing that was good about this place was a maintenance workers. Because the grounds were always well kept. The only thing that was wrong ever outside the apartment was the swimming Pool is always disgusting and they have no smoking signs and will not let you smoke anywhere on premises and if they catch you it's $100 fine and they say that they caught us once. But I tell you what we never smoked on premises And my family never felt at peace or like we were at home. The lights always went out in bad weather and lights always flickered also, front doors are not sealed completely so you will hear howling sound when it is very windy outside and it's really loud. It's just not worth your money And the piece that it takes away inside the home is not worth living here. I was always stressed out And the kids did not like it here .They also still have yet to call me and let me no what's going on with our deposit and we moved out almost 2 and 1/2 months ago And they said that they would call us a month ago when we signed the papers to get out of here. So I am unsure of what is going on with that situation. So just not the best place at all!!! I would completely only give them 0 if I could!!!

Neighbor smokes cigarettes in his apartment so my apartment always smells like smoke.
