Tried to book a unit online, but their website said to call them.
I called them (no one answered) and their voicemail said to use website... nice paradox.
I went in physically and no one was there. Just a sign that said they weren't there and to put rent in a drop box. Nothing about if a new customer were to try and show up and view a unit.
I'm glad I went there physically though because it looks like several people live out of the storage units there. I wish them nothing but the best, but I'll try somewhere else.

Absolutely the best management team ever. They return your email or call within 24 hrs if you have a question or a concern. Thank you for being so easy to work with.

Great storage facility behind the Brighton Walmart! Molly is very attentive and responsive to her unit renters, and does a decent job keeping up with the facility! Would've loved to give it 5 stars, but a little issue with mice won't allow me to do so. Thanks again!

I have rented storage units across the country. This is the only storage facility that made me feel comfortable when I inquired. I have rented here for 5 years and the staff has been very nice. And it is a secure facility that eases my mind. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend Brighton Security storage. Located right behind the Brighton Walmart.

It's a storage facility, and it's clean and well-kept..... but the true five stars comes from the staff. They are incredibly friendly, fun to work with, and seem genuinely interested in your experience with their business. I almost wish I needed storage still so I could keep talking to Connie on a regular basis! Awesome place, choose this one!
