I've always enjoyed candlewood because they have the full kitchen, this location has mediocre housekeeping, they don't have a breakfast just coffee. If you need wifi don't choose this location because it's horrible.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, making it unbearable to stay in. In a desperate attempt to get a better room, I was moved to another one, only to find a bed with urine stains. I reached out to the hotel for assistance, but they never responded. To make matters worse, I booked through USAA member services, and when I tried to file a claim, I was told it was non-refundable. I was promised a safe and clean room, and the hotel failed to deliver. After a 12-hour drive, I had to switch hotels. This was a terrible ordeal, and I would strongly advise against staying here.

We are currently here. Got here Thursday and reported bugs in our room on Friday. It was later sprayed but tonight (Saturday) around 10pm I killed around 10 bugs. Called downstairs and was told nothing could be done tonight. I don't think spraying is going to help so after I talk to management in the morning we are probably moving to another hotel. I DO NOT WANT TO SLEEP WITH BUGS OR TAKE ANY HOME WITH ME! I Don't know what anyone else thinks but I think I should get a full refund for the my whole stay.

We get to the hotel after 10 hours of driving and as soon as we walked into our room, it reeked of smoke. The receptionist didn't even apologize or offer any sort of remedy. We had to book another hotel and didn't get a refund. And there's no breakfast.

Good location if you're trying to stay away from the higher traffic and hassle near the airport. I had frequented this hotel for many years and have spent an estimated six months total in this hotel. The rooms are good for a business traveler (plenty of desk space and a good kitchen), and the location has decent shopping close by. Unfortunately on my most recent visits, their staffing choices took a turn for the worse. With my last reservation my preference for an upper floor was ignored despite being a diamond elite member. Ordinarily this does not bother me overmuch, but when I asked if there was anything closer to my preference or if I could change rooms during my stay, I was told no in rather rude terms and that I should have said something in my reservation. This tells me that a) loyalty means nothing here, and b) the current staff can't be bothered to look at the IHG website for a diamond guest's profile. This isn't the first time recently that the front desk (different people) had acted this way, and e-mailing a complaint to management got no response whatsoever. There are way too many IHG, Marriott, and Hilton choices near DIA to put up with this treatment, so my nearly decade long patronage of this hotel is done.

We got there very late because our flight was delayed. Check-in was great. The parking spaces are very, very narrow. Our room could have used some freshening up. It appeared worn.Rooms: Our room was somewhat worn. Some stains on the carpet. The carpet was worn and needs to be replaced. My wife insisted on wearing her shoes in the room.

The most uncomfortable room I've ever stayed at. The bed was rock hard and the pillows so small you needed all four for yourself. The shower lever didn't work, no shower mat and the tub was so slippery. The washing dispenser gadget didn't work. The TV volume was way too low to hear and they had a perantal lock that prevented from raising the volume. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. Hotel staff is super friendly. My only issue is the cell coverage and wifi. It’s like we are in a black hole. One or two bars with AT\\u0026T and the wifi is extremely inconsistent and when you are able to connect to it, it’s slow. I did a speed test and it’s 9MB download and 6 MB upload. Which is extremely slow considering sharing the wifi with 100 different guests.

Decent hotel and amenities. Kind of far from anything Denver related. Got a noise complaint from the front desk at 9pm on a Saturday while we were trying to get our two toddlers to bed, a bit ridiculous if you ask me. I understand they have to respond but it wasn't a raging party it was two children under 4 laughing while getting pj's on and ringing the room phone does not help them fall asleep.

This hotel was pretty great.Rooms are cleaned once a week, so you can relax a little more (as far as I see it). Towels and garbage pickup are easy to come by and the room was clean when we arrived. There is a Target and a good number of fast food and restaurant options very close. Highway access is very nearby and ends up as a nice low-ish traffic, 30-40 minute drive to do things like museums, zoo, aquarium, or animal sanctuary. Made the entire trip more scenic and comfortable than staying in the city to avoid easy driving.Rooms: Room was clean and quiet. The fold-out wasn't amazing, but worked. Nearby activities: 30 minute drive to most destinationsSafety: It's very quiet. Not much traffic but the roads take some getting used to. Seems ok.Walkability: You'll want to drive most everywhere.Wi-fi: Decent speed but spotty bandwidth. Requires secondary authentication.Food & drinks: Plenty of places to drive to nearby.

I don't understand why the hotel has pretty nice rating on Google, but my experience in the hotel was not good. The big issue was that the room was not clean. There were flies in the room. There was big dirt on the couch. Someone might pour soup or something like that on the couch. I sat on the couch before I found the dirt. It was gross. The fridge and AC were super noisy. I had to turn them off.

Full-size refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher. Free laundry including supplies. Pets allowed - we had our 4 cats with us. The only downside was no swimming pool. Definitely like a little home away from home. Highly recommend.

Definitely worth the price! The rooms were super clean, spacious, comfy beds, full size bath, counter top range, microwave, fridge freezer. The customer service is excellent! I can't stress that enough. So very kind, helpful, and always smiling. They let me stay in the lobby for hours after my stay and offered me snacks while I wait for my ride. 10 stars! They even have movies, board games, and other items you can use. Snack bar, free coffee. The list goes on. I definitely recommend! Thank you staff! You're all awesome and much appreciated!
