Rude employee, dangled the bathroom key in front of my friends face and said this is for paying customers only. I guess everyone in your group has to buy something if they want to use the restroom. We went to Murphy's next door, gas was cheaper there anyways.

These guys would not care if you are dying- They figure they are doing you a favor by serving you- I paid for delivery in advance, even though they required my checking account and life history, before setting up an account, the application was amazingly detailed- The house had a previous owner, and he had an account with them- they told me a month before that a 1000 gallon take was 70 Percent Full. I kept the thermostat and 67 at the most, and in less than 30 days, I was down to near zero. They said if I paid in advance, they could get a truck here in two days, so I paid. The next morning he called and told me, " I was not rich enough," and even though he had 2,072 dollars for a full tank, now it was going to be 15 " working days." I am 73, and it is very cold- They could give a shit- They took my money and then told me to wait- I called another company, and they said they would replace the tank Friday- Affinity is supposed to be a co-op- the other company is private, these guys treat you like they work for DMV- I could not get a top off from another company- as they have a Law in Colorado that does not allow this even in an emergency when the company that owns the tank cannot get to you..There are some bad laws- The fugitive slave law as a bad law- but a law- this law needs to be changed; if your primary supplier cannot service you within three days- you should have the option of using somebody to tide you over-.Let's get the law changed- these guys bad- The fact is they lied to me, and then switched to 15 working days delivery-

Came over here because the Murphy was busy and their diesel pumps were down. Gotta love that diesel was 30 cents more expensive than right next door (I should've gone anywhere else). However, my main complaint is the pumps: SO slow (20 minutes to fill up a normal sized truck) and never clicked off (and overflowed, luckily I was paying attention and stopped it quickly). Won't make the mistake of coming here again.

The older female that is working this am is very rude.I asked to use the restroom, she proceeded to explain to me that the restrooms customers only. Sorry I don't want to get my coffee and than go in that horrible smelling bathroom. Once I got out and I'm trying to make my coffee I hear her talking to someone as if they're DEF and I look over and it is a young lady trying to pay for gas. this older lady is literally yelling at her "what kind of GGGGGAAAASSSSS!"WHO TOLD YOU yelling is going to help her understand English.if you don't like your job or people don't be in custom service!!!!!WE ALL DESERVE KINDNESS!!!!!

Ruth needs to be put in a diversity class, to deal "kindly to ALL RACES"... Not just pick and choose who she "Welcomes" into the gas station...Not everyone is from Brighton.I only wish I were present when she said to my husband,"You're not welcome", as he said thank you for his purchase...Totally unacceptable!!

I came in bought some products. After getting scowled at like I was bothering him I go to the warehouse and get ignored by the old guy on the forklift for a full 5 minutes. He wasn't busy,he was shooting the s*** with some guy that wasn't even buying anything. I went over and shoved my order at him. Again I got scowled at. Never again. Your customer service sucks. FU

The workers were very friendly and willing to help. They knew where to find what we asked for.
