You’re entire job is customer service and you mean to tell me that every employee here is able to treat patrons like an inconvenience for you. I have never dealt with such rude and inconsiderate individuals as I have with this branch. Please, find a new job if you’re unhappy. We don’t need your negativity! Thanks Chase for making me want to bank with US BANK. I’ll take a step down bank if I get treated like a human being and not your inconvenience! This bank needs a whole new set of employees and manager. If you can call yourself a manager.

Definitely would not recommend trusting these people and this bank with your money! Have had many people tell me about there almost similar experiences in losing money with chase! Griselda Portillo(Teller),either doesn’t know what she’s doing or doesn’t care enough to handle your money with enough caution. I’ve lost a LARGE amount of money due to carelessness ,and all they had to say there at chase is “everything looks fine on our end,there’s nothing we can do for you” No concern whatsoever. Will not be banking with them any longer.

The Brighton branch consistently struggles to deposit our SEP check. This has happened on numerous occasions, and is seriously making me want to consider switching banks.

Really bad service .I would to pay my home mortgage November 14th but the bank service mistake double sending money I call them refound my money one transaction they will be charge $34 after 2 days later same money they are sending of them also I would to be call chase bank coustumar service they will be charge $30 . Every time they are mistake but cut of charge of costumer account

Horrible customer service. Unable to do a simple task like open a savings account. Seriously thinking about moving to another bank. This location always has long lines and is under staffed.

Employees make appointments for bankers who do not show for the appointment, no continuity between bankers--forget it if you wish to work with one banker and are even willing to wait to see that banker. Chase puts their needs over the customer's.
