Terrible customer service. Unwillingness to help or correct problems as simple as an address change. Not one custome in the store. Just two employees sitting around.

Internet goes out every. single. day. I realize this isn't one-person's fault, but when your internet goes out every single day, multiple times a day for months on end and you work from home, it becomes a huge issue that needs to be resolved. They also charged me for internet + cable when I specifically told them I don't use cable. I'll be switching internet providers as soon as Allo fiber is installed, don't waste your time and sanity with Xfinity's wifi.

Probably one of the worst customer services for Comcast. There was a young lady there and she is the only reason we keep our cable. The guy there who was checking in customer , defiantly needs training on customer service. All he could do was basically tell us they did not need pur service to keep his job. He started our service and then transferred us to someone else due to his lack off customer service. Well we canceled our cable and I'll start shopping around. Terrible customer service, he even made a comment his other person would be in trouble for trying to help us keep our services. Well you got your wish you lost us as a customer. Over 10 years and never one late bill.

Rudest, laziest employee ever!!! Went in this morning for help. Flat out told me could not help me! Was not even interested in hearing about my issues! 2 lazy guys just sitting there doing nothing to assist in any way!! Comcast can get …… Calling century link!!! Never again Comcast!!!!

Double check everything they say, as they tell you something and later they say that the system says something different and you’re screwed. Worst customer service.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Employees eating and watching games or movies making customer's wait. Poor customer service and attitudes!

I've only been to this location to return some equipment after upgrades had been shipped to my house. They had a hard time showing the flex box as retuned. Elizabeth Y. did follow up with an email confirming that she got it figured out and attached a scan of the receipt. I was in and out pretty quickly.

Came in and was told I would be helped and after waiting 30 minutes another customer comes in and gets help after a few minutes. I was completely skipped and ignored. Still waiting.

Came in with an issue, they resolved it. They don't manage billing though. I was able to swap a cell line over in no time. They had sims on hand. Thanks

The managers just sit there and not jump in If it’s busy. Not personable at all. I wanted in and out cause of the atmosphere. Do better Comcast!

This store has the worst customer service and rudest employees I have ever met. I went in to add someone to my account as an authorized user and they said only one person is their policy. So I asked if I were to die what happens the lady proceeded to say all they’d have to do is bring in a death certificate and then she smiled giggling. So I told her she was being arrogant. She proceeded to tell me I was acting aggressive. Even though from the moment I came in she asked what I needed and proceeded to go to side and play on her phone since their were only 2 tech’s available after about 10 minutes she walked over to the couple sitting and finished helping them. That’s when I realized she was the other tech.
