Very bad experience, I went to this establishment because I wanted to change to this telephone company and the salesman Manuel R helped me, who robbed me because due to the change of mobile operator the promotion is that they give away a cell phone. He didn't give it to me, but he left it in my name and when I called customer service they confirmed that the seller had to deliver the cell phone, I went to make the claim, and the seller Manuel's response was “the establishment is mine and I make the rules” Finally I reported the theft of the cell phone since it was registered in my name.

Manning tried to steal money from me. He wld not help me. He said he's the manager of store. I'm on 30 plan and he wanted 93 dollars in cash ... Sketchy store .. do not go in there...Warning scam office... And yes he did not help me. I went outside and called n got cell on. No thanks to the so called Mang. Manny

Manny was very helpful and got me what I needed. After switching back to an android from IPhone, there were a lot of issues. He helped me get set up and spent over an hour making sure I was set up properly. I'm so happy to have an android again. Thank you so much Manny, for being so patient and helpful. I see so many nice reviews about mani. My uncle went to buy a phone as his was lost he told him card transactions were not available. He charged him $420 cash, gave him a ripped up receipt and when I saw the amount we went back to the store, super nice girl prints up original receipt, and there it shows how he was charged 2 new lines $50 in accesories giving a total of $209. so the rest went where??? I would love to talk to the owner this is unacceptable!!!!

I have been going to this location for several years. Always great Customer Service and very helpful employees. I have bought several phones here and have been a Cricket customer for over 13 years. Today I needed a new phone and the gentleman who helped me didn't hesitate to get me the best deal in record time. Thanks for always taking care of our family's phone needs!

Mani is an AWESOME salesperson,, the friendliness and knowledge of phones are ABSOLUTELY outstanding!! He has a great personality, candy to the eyes and I would recommend him to help anyone with any problem they have with their cell phones,, I BELIEVE praise should be given where PRAISE is due,, praise GOD for this wonderful person,, we need more men like him in this world!! I was purchasing a new phone and had the service transferred & somehow all 4 of my lines were turned off for no reason and I had to pay to turn my service back on.
