Went in shopping today for the bogo with my family at around 3:15 pm. We were checking out with one girl, and she was super helpful with explaining what in our sale would qualify. The other register was being helped as well and the lady over heard the explanation we were given only to find out her sale was not apart of it, and put a more expensive shoe away. The associate that was helping her, so RUDELY and loudly threw a temper tantrum about losing a big sale because we asked. Both the managers looked at her and one of them, I believe Shelby? Shooshed her, told her to lower her voice that that was not an appropriate thing to say, especially around other customers. Sierra? (Sorry s names) apologized to us for the behavior and we left with our purchase. This young girl was very rude, unprofessional, and downright distasteful. The managers tried to handle it as well as they could. But that girl was in the wrong and hope she gets talked to behind the scenes

This place isn’t even open. It’s the middle of the day and the doors are locked. Workers inside just walking around. What is this?

Hours posted were Monday-friday 10-7. I arrived at 11 am and the doors were locked and no associate answered the phone. Its extremely frustrating as a customer to show up during business hours to find it closed. Extremely unprofessional. Now I won't come back because I won't ever be sure if they're actually open or not.

every time I come to famous footwear the store is locked even though it says it's open online or even on the door which is very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Every time we come to famous footwear theyre closed. it's currently 3:13pm. i feel there is no reason it should be closed this early in the day. on the door it clearly states that they're open until 8:00pm. this is unacceptabl.

This is my favorite shoe store. They carry quality brands at a reasonable price and they have great sales.

The staff was very rude to me. I was greeted when I entered, which is great! I responded to with, "Im good, how are you?" Everything seemed fine. I found 2 pairs of shoes totaling over $130. I went to the counter to pay and the second I placed the shoes down another man can running from the back to search my shoes. Of course, he found nothing. Whatever. I let it slide. I said that I saw a coupon online and would like to use it. The cashier (older fellow, grey hair and beard) ask for my phone number. I gave it to him and he said he couldnt find me in the system. I asked if I had to be a member to use the coupon. He said no, but that was the best way to receive them. I told him that I don't buy shoes often and would prefer not to sign up. Thats when his mood shifted. He angerly punched in some keys and spat out my total. I paid and rated a 9 in case I was just misreading the situation. He bag up my shoes very loudly. Again, try to ignore it. I said, "thank you" very sincerely, to which he applied "Mhmm" while looking away from me. I don't know what I did to upset you, but I absolutely did not deserve to be treated like that. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other places to buy shoes.

I think what Stacy is saying is that Stacy decided to aggressively mow down this employee in her car while this employee was walking to their car and leaving work for the day. Stacy then rolled down her car window and felt it was her right to harass and scream at this employee about the company's store hours. Apparently it was the company's fault that Stacy decided to come shop after store hours. Then Stacy proceeded to write this one-sided terrible review. As if the store or the employee was the issue!" In a world where you can be ANYTHING.. be kind!"

Not a major/huge issue, but look.... when a store is going to make up different hours each week, then learn how to update all search engine platforms (online) and your MAIN WEBSITE! Very frustrating and irritating when everything shows the hours of operation shows that the store closes at 8pm and yet this location has been closed before 8pm on several occasions. The hours on the door have been changed from 8pm to now 7:30pm... why? Who knows.. but your hand written hours of operation on the door isn't good enough! Being a business you'd think you'd do everything you can do to inform customers, mainly to save them the drive to only find out your closed before 8pm!! Lazy and unprofessional!

Not much selection in business shoes for women. Mostly carried gym shoes, sneakers and th like. Staff was great, store was clean, but would like more selection of women's shoes for work.

Well I literally just left the store seconds ago, I stopped by to pickup an online order and to browse to see what else I could find. Well I ask for my order and I decide to try them on in there just in case if I didn’t like how they fit or looked, I was already there so I could simple return them if I didn’t . Well tried them on wasn’t what I expected so decided to return. Karina the assistant manager (who should have some training) very rudely asked didn’t you try them on before buying ?! Well karina if only online shopping were to allow that I would have never made the purchase

*HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. BAD STAFF & NOT HELPFUL. DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.* This is one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen run a store. The lady who was at the front check out desk today around 7pm wouldn’t let a customer return shoes that are clean, never worn, only tried on, & within the time frame of return with my receipt. Completely not caring for the customer & making the customer happy. Customers make your job & as a business needs to put customers 1st. I am already getting in contact with corporate now & will make sure the manager or employee is dealt with & my problem gets resolved. I know as manager of retail for many yrs, you guys pay attention to your reviews(:
