I tried to get a pawn loan to pay for a copayment on my medications, one of them being so that I don't lose my leg. After being their regular customer for 9 years now, the so called "lady employee" denied me a loan, saying that my item was not "well known", although it had all the updates on it that were needed. After giving them constructive criticism about using the word "unfortunately" (which is a very rude word) she used it again. Believe me, if I could give them zero stars for my rating, I would. I will never go back. They only think of themselves and not their customers. I regret not knowing that much sooner.

Horrible rip offs and liers took in some pre 64 era silver coins just to see what sort of value they would fetch, if they would be fair and out of just plain old curiosity. The manager offered me face value but then lied and said they don't do anything more with them other then use as spare change out of the drawer. Yeah right bub you're going to hand out 90% silver as change

Low ballers and High Sellers. The establishment has a pungent smell to it. Look elsewhere

The guy I was helped by was very helpful and looked at all the CDs that I was buying and tell me which ones were probably too scratched to actually work. Wouldn’t do a bargain on the sewing machine which I really do feel like they should have. But I also got a very inexpensive DVD player for my grandson’s. Perfect timing for the holidays. Parking is a bit hard to turn around and get out of but the place is very clean and organized.

These Pompous a** clowns. I swear , the customer service was non existent. Prepare to be treated like a criminal the minute you walk in there. No one WANTS to be in a pawn shop, but some times sh** happens that leaves a person no choice. I was in a roll over car accident , which left me no car to get to my job. Considering I do deliveries for a living, having a car is kind of a necessity . Needless to say, I needed a loan to cover my rent. I didn't want to return the items, because like I said I just needed a loan, I want my things back. Because I take care of my belongings, and save the boxes for storage, they refused to give me a loan on any of my things. Why ? The guy asked for a receipt. I don't save receipts over 6 mos. Most stores won't take stuff back after 90 days. So because I don't save receipts I must be a fuc**** thief. Is that it? I brought in my makita tools, all with my initials on them under the battery pack, and on the batteries. I rarely use them anymore, but I'm a girl, when I did use them I didn't play rugby with them. They were expensive so I took care of em' . So because they looked new, they refused to give me a loan. Isn't there a system in place to look up stolen items ? With another pawn shop a block away, with a much more personable staff, who offer way more $ for things. I'd be more cautious regarding who I refused service too. Heads up, I have no criminal record besides a minor traffic violation. I have never stolen anything, let alone sold it at a pawn broker (I don't think I'd like prison) They wouldn't know that tho, because they didn't get far enough to ask my name. The guy at the counter was kinda a p***** sorry , no other word to describe him. The other two employees were in the back moving t.v.s or whatever. There was a line of about 3 before me. So I waited a good 40 min, to basically be accused of being a criminal.. awesome. I will not return. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need another loan...I will stab my eyes out and sell them on the black market, before ever coming here again. Bad attitudes, bad customer service, bad negotiation just plain Bad.

I strolled in there while at the strip mall. The staff was friendly and told me to look around. I found some cool earbuds without a charger and they gave me a great price. I also scored a few dvds that I wanted to complete a series. I am picky about customer service however they were all great. Date of service Feb 2020.

This place is a total rip off!! This used to be a good place. Now I guess they are under new management. The guy literally offered me $15 for something selling for 100 to $300.

They only offered $5 on a 1000$ 24k gold rig because they didnt know how to test it. I know it's worth more as I have gotten a loan on it before and purchased it from a key jeweler but the staff is so d*** and dont know anything about gold and jewelry.

I called ahead to make sure they had a item ...guy said they have it ..he doubled checked to make sure.. I show up..they don't have the item.. How could you check twice & have me show up & you don't have it. Super poor customer service.. No apology..I wouldn't recommend going to this dump.
