I had a business account there but moved to another bank. They have an activity fee, where when you make a large deposit, they charge a fee for this service, a percentage of the amount of your deposit. That makes zero sense to me, if anything, they should pay me a little something, since they are lending out my money to other customers charging them a fee. My new bank does not charge me a fee for depositing money :)

They make you feel comfortable and have the best customer service I've ever experienced. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff here are amazing.

Never open and it seems you can’t get more than $10 out of their ATMs without the machine throwing a fit. I’m moving banks

I have been a customer of first bank for 3 years already. But This morning my friend and I had a really bad experience on this branchMy friend was trying to open a checking account, but he couldn't because the manager said he need a SSN ,or ITIN. Unfortunately we waste our time because after my friend sign up all paperwork the lady who help us told my friend she just need a Sign from the manager but finally ,this guy said he cannot have his bank account cuz he doesn't have a SSN, or ITIN .As far as I know you just need a valid ID to open a bank account,first bank policies doesn't say you need SSN,or ITIN to have an account with them..I feel very disappointed and discriminate against because we received that treatment from this gentleman unly cuz we were Spanish.

First of all seems like a good bank, but this branch is lazy, called for my account number and they informed me that they couldn't because of security reasons... but then why did set up a phone password? Anyways, I called the other branch also located in Brighton and I was provided the information I requested. I won't waste my time coming to this branch location again.

Sometimes have issues with their call center however this bank when called or i stop by they are always so helpfull.

I've had my personal accounts with first bank for about 18 years. We recently moved over our business account as well after having major problems with another local bank. They have been absolutely fantastic. While our previous bank would hold funds and not work with other banks to verify funds, first bank has not once givin us any complaints in this area. And everyone there is always so friendly and willing to help. Banking is no longer a four letter word for us.
