One small local delivery of a few pieces of drywall. I took a long weekend off from work to do a little update project and ordered about 20 pieces of drywall on Thursday for next-day delivery on Friday. Between the store and the distribution center, they rescheduled my delivery six times in the span of two and a half days. I'm not exaggerating that at all.One single local delivery of a few pieces of drywall. They couldn't do it. It turned out to be too big a task.When I called them on Friday, super annoyed after the 5th reschedule, the manager I spoke to, Michael, assured me that he was going to send two guys straight from the store at noon the next day (Saturday).So, noon the next day comes and goes, no delivery. I called them at around 1:30 to ask them where my drywall was. The nice front desk person looked my delivery up and sounded confused. She said, 'but it was canceled.'Turns out, instead of sending his guys out at noon, Michael canceled my order. He didn't tell me. He didn't call to work anything out. He just canceled it.So, I never got my drywall and wasted some vacation time.As busy as they are, I know it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to them, but they've lost a customer.

I can't remember the last time I experienced truly great customer service. I stopped in the appliance department for assistance with an online order I had placed and Sharon went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the best possible outcome for my situation. After she assisted me, I was much happier with my purchase. So much so that I decided to add another appliance to my order. I went back a couple of days later to adjust the order and she was able to help me, once again. I really appreciate the time Sharon spent and her patience while I made my decisions.

I went to the store... 1st I show up to the to the customer service counter and tell the lady at the front that I canceled my card and and need help to reactivate my card and she said she couldn't help me because her job was just to take the money on the card and I went to a A cashier and she did help me and I tried to get the drills sets and the computer appears at 425 but at the register it was more, They sent me back to customer service and she said that I have to paid more for the drill sets and she couldn't help me and she was so disrespectful on the way she told me... That's not why you called customer service capital I will never go back to that store again

I placed an online order after hours and went to pick it up the next morning. I told the young lady at the service counter I hadn't gotten an text confirmation to pick it up yet. She told me the order was still processing. I said I'd be back. Now it's three days later and I still haven't gotten that confirmation. I phoned the store and spoke to a very helpful young man named Aaron who found out there was an IT problem with my order and would be pushing it through the system and have it ready for pick up later today. I want to let his manager know that his attitude and willingness to help is greatly appreciated. It was so nice to work this glitch through with someone that actually cares. So often I run into employees, yes at your store, that just point when I inquire about where to find an item. Aaron should be commended for his excellent customer service skills. I hope his co-workers see his work ethics and learns the same.

Not one for reviews but the way the manager and the associates made me feel was horrible I looked online to check out prices cause I need the tool right now I arrive and I talked to a associate and tells me it's a online deal that they don't match online prices from their own store website wouldn't asked me anything else processed to walk away I asked for a manager he tell me the same thing I let him I know the tool now that I can't wait to order online we walk to the tool dept the dept manager also there they tell me they have the exact same tool I need for more money I asked why can't I have that for the price online they say because it's a different item number. The dept manager scans the tag they say they have 3 in stock but talks to the manager aside and they tell me they are out of it anyways they don't offer anything to help out or to take care of the customer I get that it was such a inconvenience that I was in the store. For all the money I have given Home Depot over the years is nothing. I will start shopping at lowes from now on and everybody I talk to about Home Depot will know the horrible experience and to be cautious while shopping there

Really limited selection. Most of the plant disease products are out of stock. Nothing whatsoever for orchids (no pots, no potting media) so don’t look here for that.

Lowe's got my business today unfortunately. Checked online prior to my visit for bags of black mulch, said they have 79 bags. I showed up and they had four pallets of red out, two of those where the black should have been, and no black mulch.

I hope I got him on a bad day and all of his days aren't that bad but handy dandy Randy from the rental department, was as crabby as they get! I hate dealing with people like that ! Life is way too short and I don't appreciate i! I'm too old to put up with s*** like that! I could understand if I was a low life or something but there was no reason for it! People like that is why Yelp exists! Thanks Yelp!!

I really like this store and the employees except for the skinny older employee with the blonde ponytail. He is consistently obnoxious to deal with. Today, I had enough of his condescending and rude mouth (some past incidents with him also that I let slide) and I fired back and ended up in a verbal confrontation with him. He ended up saying that he was just ignorant, to which I agreed. Typical bully. When confronted, they back down. I have no room for those who treat others with blatant disrespect. So, other than him, I have received great customer service at this store.

The Home Depot delivery team absolutely I am unsatisfied we had a delivery a week ago one of the items didn't work so they took a back came back with the new item a week later and they didn't know how to hook it up and it mismatched and things were not working right On top of that nobody ever called me to give me a time a frame on any indication when they were coming I had a call constantly To find out when were there coming. I am so unhappy in very unsatisfied with home depot delivery in hell there teamworks it never used to be this way Very unsatisfied customer

Next time I'll go anywhere but the Home Depot in Brighton, CO. Kitchen remodel was a nightmare almost from beginning to end. Inexperienced designer with a lot of attitude and little knowledge, manager didn't oversee project after promising to do so, multiple wrong shipments, attempts to charge customer for their mistakes and weeks waiting for correct shipments. Project was completed months after it was supposed to be. It's obvious that no one has to worry about losing their job at this location as multiple problems were run up the chain without satisfactory response. Epic nightmare. There is something going on with this store and the public should know.

The staff are providing masks and sanitizer right at the entrance to the store, which is great to see. Unfortunately there is little to no enforcement of the statewide mandate for patrons. Upon asking their policy on the subject, I was advised they can't do anything about it. There doesn't seem to be care coming from a business that got to remain open from day one of shutdown and that's disappointing.

I will never go back to this store! I wish I could give these guys no stars! I went in today and walked all the way to the back of the store before I noticed that, in violation of a mandatory government mandate to wear face masks, that most of the employees that I saw were not wearing them! I'm a Type I diabetic and I was mortified. I left immediately and called the store to talk to a manager. When I told him, he just chuckled and told me that he's trying to make rounds throughout the store to make sure they were wearing them but, oh well. Unbelievable.
