I would give 0 stars if I could. Very frustrating, staff leaves regularly it seems and the return time is always listed at 3 pm and not honored. This is the third visit out of four where this has been the case.

There was a sticky note on the door saying, "Be back in ten minutes." I waited 20 minutes nobody came to unlock the door. Watched them lose business to 4 other customers who stopped by as well. Even called the store phone to see if anyone would answer. I'm surprised GNC is still in business honestly

Saturday afternoon, great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully all stores will care about their customers like she!
