I would give 0 stars if I could. Very frustrating, staff leaves regularly it seems and the return time is always listed at 3 pm and not honored. This is the third visit out of four where this has been the case.

There was a sticky note on the door saying, "Be back in ten minutes." I waited 20 minutes nobody came to unlock the door. Watched them lose business to 4 other customers who stopped by as well. Even called the store phone to see if anyone would answer. I'm surprised GNC is still in business honestly

Watched employee show up at 10 after 10 and lock door behind her. She didn’t unlock it until 10:26. She missed a customer who tried the door just before. I’m behind now because she was behind. Find people that can do their job.

If I go back to this business one more time and they don’t accept cash, I’m filing a complaint with anyone who will listen.I also don’t want to smell the dump the employee just took. Lay off the protein bro, you’re just sitting around.

Literally every time I go they are closed. There is always a note on the door saying they will be back. Probably the past 5 times I've gone there's a note. Ridiculous. Also the manager Jen is very unfriendly.

I arrived to this GNC this morning to pick up a seasonal flavor of their protein shake. I went up to the door and it was locked, so I turned around and went to leave. The employee (male, red shirt) opened the door and I asked him if they were open and he replied with "I guess I am now". Then proceeded to tell me they open at 11 on Sundays. I literally got there at 1057 am and according to the employee they open at 11am. Here is where my problem is- 1. I didn't ask you to open the door as I was leaving. 2. The condescending attitude from the employee about being open when I asked was uncalled for. 3. It's 3 minutes....seriously...but hey I get it. I'm disappointed because I spend a lot of money at this location and the last time I went there was a female employee and a different male employee that were super friendly! But I won't return to this location.

I just tried to visit the store to see if they had a certain product. The sales associate said that it's a possibility that they have the product because they just received a shipment. He didn't even offer to go look to see if they have it. I asked him if he could check and his response was "well, I mean I guess I could if you want me to." I guess it was more important for him to look busy than actually help a customer. I walked out without him even checking, I didn't want to inconvenience him!!

The store is great! The owner sounds like he knows a good amount of the vitamins he sells. I would recommend people who are searching for vitamins to go there.

Great experience initially when purchasing my items. Then I came back in to exchange a product because I wasn’t happy with the flavor, and I got attitude from the employee (same person I purchased from as well). He was rude and slightly condescending. I’m disappointed because this is the closest GNC to my house, but from now on I will be taking my business to a different GNC location.
