I gave rather clear instructions on WHAT I wanted, as well as WHY, with a picture, and the lady still managed to leave me with super choppy ends and zero texture. Im pretty bummed out.

I went there to get about four inches trimmed off the bottom of my hair. The oriental girl there told me it was too tangley. I had just shampooed it and got all the tangles out.There might have been a few little tangles from being wind blown trying to get there. Then she was gonna cut it dry and I said I like my haircut wet. She wasn't gonna section it off and I told her.I said maybe you can get the tangles out if you section it. I told her I said maybe if you spray some d'tangling and spray on it. Well, she asked the other girl for help.She handed me a brush and asked for my help. Well I asked her to stop she did cut some of the bottom in the back. I asked the other girl could she just cut it because The oriental girl was ripping my hair. I told her it hurt. The oriental girl was complaining too much. Well angela the other girl told me no. She wasn't gonna do it at all.They left me with a half a haircut. I went to the fort lupton Location they took great care of me. She took a wet brush and the tangles came right out. It wasn't that many tangles.Anyway that Oriental. girl was just a drama queen. The manager at fort lupton took really good care of me. I had a friend with me and he witnessed the whole situation at both salons. So I have a witness to prove i'm telling the truth. Had the best hair stylist AUDI. She HELPED FIX my hair after it was botched at a different salon (not Great Clips. She had to cut a lot off and I plan on going back when I need a haircut. She was super kind sweet knowledgeable about hair. Yup can’t go wrong with AUDI at the Brighton Great Clips.

My husband and I were loving this location. Close to home and they were able to accommodate our hair type. MJ helped so much with my natural hair. I called and asked for her and she is no longer here. So when I asked if there was someone else that could work with ethnic hair and was told no, I was instantly disappointed. It would’ve been nice to just have someone say no but they are willing to try. Oh well. On to the next. Thanks anyway.
