Horrible service could not find help for 30 minutes walking they through the store. Then three showed up blatantly ignored all 3 of us kept looking away and trying to avoid us all we wanted to do was order a dishwasher. So we are now going to Lowe’s!

Lowe's got my business today unfortunately. Checked online prior to my visit for bags of black mulch, said they have 79 bags. I showed up and they had four pallets of red out, two of those where the black should have been, and no black mulch.

I hope I got him on a bad day and all of his days aren't that bad but handy dandy Randy from the rental department, was as crabby as they get! I hate dealing with people like that ! Life is way too short and I don't appreciate i! I'm too old to put up with s*** like that! I could understand if I was a low life or something but there was no reason for it! People like that is why Yelp exists! Thanks Yelp!!

I really like this store and the employees except for the skinny older employee with the blonde ponytail. He is consistently obnoxious to deal with. Today, I had enough of his condescending and rude mouth (some past incidents with him also that I let slide) and I fired back and ended up in a verbal confrontation with him. He ended up saying that he was just ignorant, to which I agreed. Typical bully. When confronted, they back down. I have no room for those who treat others with blatant disrespect. So, other than him, I have received great customer service at this store.

Too many unmasked customers. Employees turn a blind eye.

The staff are providing masks and sanitizer right at the entrance to the store, which is great to see. Unfortunately there is little to no enforcement of the statewide mandate for patrons. Upon asking their policy on the subject, I was advised they can't do anything about it. There doesn't seem to be care coming from a business that got to remain open from day one of shutdown and that's disappointing.

I will never go back to this store! I wish I could give these guys no stars! I went in today and walked all the way to the back of the store before I noticed that, in violation of a mandatory government mandate to wear face masks, that most of the employees that I saw were not wearing them! I'm a Type I diabetic and I was mortified. I left immediately and called the store to talk to a manager. When I told him, he just chuckled and told me that he's trying to make rounds throughout the store to make sure they were wearing them but, oh well. Unbelievable.

Have a sign out front saying you need a mask. Counted at least 18 people without masks. Ask at service desk they said associates don't enforce the ord. Ok who does enforce. Bottom line Home Depot just wants the money doesn't care about safety.

Would love to get on your payroll considering I’m fielding 80-120+ of your customers incoming calls through my personal line per day. Started giving them the contact for Lowe’s.

Just left. Looking for some compost and other things but the aisle was closed off and not a single associate was around to help, even after looking for one!! I guess Lowe’s is getting my money today!!!

New home owner in the area. I have been here several times in the last two weeks picking up tools window coverings and such. Today I needed a washer and dryer. Walked around in the showroom area for a little over 22 minutes. Several store employees walked by me but not one offered to help. Left the store drove two miles and went to lowes. Got what I needed in under five minutes including my scheduled delivery next week.

When buying the carpet you will be told it will be about three weeks, and it will take about three months. After payment, they tell you the installer will call you to schedule. You are told the installers will call in one or two business days. The installers will not call you, and you can call the store as much as you like, it won't help. It's free because it just won't happen. It is better to pay a bit more and get the carpet installed within the same month. So if you're selling your house, this is not the place to get carpet. It will be months after purchase. If you are like me, you figure you put it on the card and pay it off after the homes sell. This is not a good idea unless you have another company install. I am considering this option. One month and waiting for an instal.

I was just in the store right now had an issue not being able to check out because three out of four of their check out machines don't take cash when I got into it with an employee about it the employee decided to make a snide remark about my son and how she feels sorry that he's my son and my only question is whatever is going on between me and Stephanie is between me and Stephanie she has no right to look at my son or speak to my son or mention my son my son is not involved
