I bought a beautiful jones new York diamond collection watch and it's too big I tried other stores but was told it couldn't be adjusted but 5 minutes of being at the jewelry counter I was greeted with friendly smiles and hospitality and when I asked the gentleman if he can adjusted it he said he could just may completely fall apart and asked if that was something I was willing to chance, I told him yes if worse case scenerior I could buy another band but not only did he not make it fall apart but he made the adjustment perfectly and it fits my wrist. I Love that he was able to adjust it perfectly and now I don't have to wait any longer to wear my watch! Thank you so much!

It was time for plush, grown-up towels and I had a coupon. I found some great color options and there was a sale. Not at all my normal area to shop, this mall area is really spread out and I imaging there will be a housing explosion soon that will make sense there!

Sale price three weeks before Christmas was 20% lower than the sale price the following week. Might go back to see if the sale price after Christmas is back down to a reasonble price.

Man alive where do I begin ..Jenna in the jewelry is basically family at this point ..she is so inviting and just lovely ..I recommend this jcpenny always friendly and happy staff ...busy and lots of great deals ..love it

it's been years since I was in a JC Pennys, but i saw a black Friday deal i wanted, so i ordered on line. it is an hours drive to get to the nearest store, which i was prepared to deal with, but i didnt expect picking up my 2 little items would add another 45 minutes to the trip. i was directed by email to go to jewelry to get my pickup, i waited while the one sales person at that counter waited on a customer making several jewelry purchases. the clerk then finally went to get my order but couldnt find it, more waiting while they found a manager, the manager then directed me to the checkout counter where i waited for a cashier to go find the order. Next time I'll just either buy elsewhere or pay for shipping!

Love having a JC Penneys close by. But their hours should be the same as Kohls which is right down the street. Opening at 11:00am ( regular hours) is ridiculous. Kohls opens at 9:00am. If I go to Kohls I don't wait two hours for Penneys to open, I just go home. Penneys looses a lot of business by opening late.

The store looks really large but it is not as spacious on the inside as it appears. I'm not sure why some of it is not used but maybe will be at a later date. The selection isn't bad and they carry all the normal Penney's inventory just less of it. Store was clean and in pretty good order. Staffing was light though. The parking lot is huge and is only shared with the Hobby Lobby next door. When this store gets busy be prepared for the checkout lines to be a pain especially during holidays because this area is increasing housing units daily.
