Will never return to this Jiffy Lube. Did not properly put my oil filter back on and my car was leaking oil everywhere the next day. When I called to talk to them about this, the manager was extremely rude. Do not take your car here. Would give 0 stars if I could

The lady that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Very thankful that she listened to my wishes and provided me with service accordingly. Definitely will be going back!

The person working on my car was very short, rude and overall not enjoyable to work with. They had to run to an auto parts store to get my engine filter, after recommending it and not telling me they had to do that. At checkout the person who checked me out (same person working on my car) couldn’t even tell me why the expense was what it was and just turned the computer. Overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Aidan was professional and got us the oil change. Showed us that everything was nicely closed. Showed us the oil. It was nice and clean. They guys are very professional employees at this location. The waiting area was clean. One thing though. We didn’t get a physical copy of the receipt and they emailed it to us. But I never got the email.Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change. In the process, I was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed and filled. The technician used an electronic device with two prongs in the bottom to show me that my fluid was testing in the red zone. I thought this unusual as we had recently had brakes done and fluid refilled but we decided to go ahead and have it changed. In about 5 min they said I was ready to go and I asked them to test it again so I could see that it was in the green zone. What do you know- it was still testing red and at a higher red level than before! They all acted so surprised. So when I said I wanted a refund for that, they said they would flush it again. This time I observed but wouldn't you know - it took about 20 min this time. So did they even do it the first time? I don’t know. After the second flush, I asked for it to be tested again and AGAIN it was in the red. So the probe was obviously not working but being used to charge customers for service they didn’t need. I did walk out with a refund after the technician claimed it was testing green but declined to let me see the result.Services: Brakes

I paid $800 plus to replace the radiator and thermostat. A week later, the car started overheating. I took it back and was told bolts weren’t tightened on the thermostat. Luckily, all this was warrantied. But when I returned, I was told the water pump was leaking, and an employee showed me where the leak was coming from. Recommended I come back in two days to pay more money to fix something else. Come to find out, the water pump wasn’t broken; the employee just loosened the bolts to cause a leak. I guess that’s how they keep repeating business...

I took my car in today, and was expecting a quick oil change, unfortunately Grease Monkey over torqued my oil plug and stripped it so it was almost impossible to remove. 3 guys explained the situation to me and reassured me that they’d do everything they could from pricing out a new oil pan, to trying to get the plug off. Well they got it off and replaced the plug. These guys went above and beyond for me, and seriously made my day. I truly appreciate the work every single person put into my car today, and the reassurance. I really appreciate it, words truly can’t express how grateful I am. Thank you! You have secured a forever customer from such amazing service today. ???Service: Oil change

Good service, very polite staff. Just slow for how many people were working the shop. Maybe an off day but I’d absolutely bring my car back and have them take care of an oil change!

The employee told me there were 2 cars in the garage/platform and pointed 2 other cars that were ahead of me, so I figured at max my wait would be 1 hour. I was there for 2 hours. I had other errands to do, so I wasn’t happy about that. Also, I wasn’t aware that Jiffy Lube no l longer topped off your fluids or checked the air pressure of your tires. When I mentioned the tire pressure the employee did it without hesitation. The reason I’ve always brought my cars to a Jiffy Lube Is because of the extras they do that other’s didn’t without charging extra. I would have paid extra to top off my car’s fluids if I had known, it wasn’t included with my oil change. I just want to say, nothing that did or didn’t happen was not the employee’s fault. The employee”s were constantly working and friendly.

Garbage place. Car started leaking oil after an oil change. Brought it back and was told it was just excess oil. Car continued to leak and they charged my wife 210 dollars to “fix” the oil pan gasket that wasn’t actually fixed. Car continues to leak oil. Firestone allowedMe to take pictures. Called the store and had to pry out the GMs name and wasn’t given his email address. Would give 0 stars if I could.Service: Oil change

I bought my car in november since then I've had two oil changes both at this location. The first one went well.... or so I thought. Recently i noticed my car leaking a small amount of oil so this past weekend I got the second oil change done and after asked if they had any info on the drip admittedly I'm not a car expert. The kid says well your oil pan is stripped a little but it's not urgent on your next oil change I would recommend getting it replaced..... In the moment I did not understand the implication of this statement but after getting home and doing some research I came to realize that more than likely this Jiffy Lube stripped that oil pan on my first visit. So something that was usual maintenance will now be a $400 to $500 repair thanks a lot Jiffy lube..... I will never come back.

Very polite, business-like. Everything done as expected except, their grease guns weren’t working so they couldn’t lube the chassis. Also ran out of windshield stickers (reminders for next servicing).Service: Oil change

If I could give less I would. These nimrods stripped the oil drain plug, then let my car sit for an hour pretending they were working on it. When the gig was up they came and told me they couldn’t get the plug out to change the oil. Well maybe you should put the right socket on before you just hammer down on the impact drill or you know get a wrench. I reached out to Adrian Bankston, General Manager, to let him know how incompetent his team is. Adrian is no better than the team he leads. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. I would highly recommend you take your car somewhere else for service. Unless you want a bunch of nimrods pretending to know how to work on your car.
