My grandfather recently passed away. It’s been hard to make my regular calls, filling a prescription being one of them, but when I called the pharmacy Edwin was so incredibly kind on the phone. It really touched me on a day where I was just in pieces. The world needs more kindness like that.

Always helpful and honest. There are definitely some people who go above and beyond to make me feel like a friend. They sometimes get a little overwhelmed just like the rest of King Soopers.

Called the pharmacy right after my doctor sent in my prescription and they were very helpful. Showed understanding that I wanted to get my medicine as soon as possible so I could start feeling better. Spoke to Christina.

Absolutely horrible staff. My mother came in to get a prescription for my nephew who urgently needed his insulin refill and syringes, she got to the counter and the lady said they didn’t have his insurance number so my mom was looking up the number on her phone. They moved her to the side understandably, it took my mom less than 2 minutes to find it and once she did they refused service until they had finished with the entire line. Mind you, the line was consistently getting longer as it’s 30 minutes before their closing time. They portrayed extremely racist behavior since she spoke broken English and belittled her. I will be reporting this to a higher authority, not only was this discrimination but prevented my nephew from getting his medication that he desperately needs.

These people make too many errors. They said my doctor discontinued a medication last week when I was in. My doctors office says that’s not true, there should be refills there. Lady up front last week said my doctor ended it. Now experiencing effects of withdrawal on a medication you shouldn’t go cold turkey on. Time to go back to my old pharmacy. This place is bad news.

So appreciative of the help and support the pharmacy team offers. We've had a couple of issues along the way and both times, people have gone above and beyond to help us get what is needed. Most recently, special call out to Alandra who took the time to make a phone call and get medications approved! Great Supermarket. I like the fact that is always clean and the employees are very cordial. Overall I think this supermarket have a great vibe and it’s only 6 minutes from my house. The pharmacy is great too and I can find so many items or things that I may need. Love it

Poor customer service. Not sure if the staff are overworked or they simply don't care. Everyone I know that goes here eventually has problem(s). Just cannot recommend this pharmacy try elsewhere.

I just called today at 12:21 pm, and asked for one more day for pick up on my prescription because I am out of town, and they said no. She said I had to reorder everything, and I just had surgery. The staff memeber I spoke to was not helpful, and rude.

So I bought this cherry pie for 18$, it was called Yum Bana, don't buy it ! I had to put it in the oven the crust was white, it said it was cooked it not! It was with the cold cake. It a lot of work for a cherry pie that is over priced! It is gluten free but it is overpriced and it's messy! The beef is good meat is getting expensive since the pandemic. The pork was cheap and fed my family. I make pork chops with balsamic vinegar, chopped onions and mustard it's simple but good! Meat is expensive everywhere! So the pork and chicken go bad fast so eat it quick! Just ask my refrigerator it became a medical cabinet quickly you can tell of the smell! I told my wife I am getting sick of feeding my trash can, it getting too fat! It groceries everywhere so don't worry! The bathroom was clean! The frozen food was good I have no complaints.
