This used to be such a nice to go. Good coffee and great employees. It turned into a Maverick and everything went to hell. Coffee area is routinely not stocked and always dirty. Tried to get a cup of tea this morning and the only machine that gives hot water spit out perhaps a 1/4 cup. Employees were notified and not one of them gave a damn. This place is close to work and so has been convenient for me.
I will take my business elsewhere from now on that's actually run by folks who give a damn!

Can't get the soda fountain fixed????
This is like simple and basic management 101, y'all don't got the right BiBs or don't have Co2 or for some reason can't even calibrate the machine properly, which running out of Co2 shouldn't happen unless your lazy about ordering or don't know how to do it in general.
Kum & Go rarely had this issue with their fountains, yet the soda fountain having issues has been the most consistent thing with this Maverick.
Like why let bad reviews come to you for such a trivial issue??

Boycott Maverik! In my opinion this company is beyond garbage. They are price gougers and rip people off with unfair gas prices. Let's come together and make them have low sales numbers. I'll soon be publishing a PR campaign warning people about the unfair price gouging they do! Truly the armpit to our society.

Disgusting place asked the cashier if he knew they had mice he ignored me so I asked again and he ignored me once again luckily I only purchased a glass bottle drink would not suggest this store I'll follow up again

Visited Kum & Go on 02/20/24 at 3:12pm and brought up some items to pay for. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged with a group of employees that could care less. They were rude and inconsiderate, I decided to leave and left the items (over $50.00 worth of merchandise ) on the counter. As I was leaving the store the Manager yelled, "Have a nice day!" Not caring that they lost a substantial sale. I've been visiting this store for over 12 years now. I will not step into that store again and I reiterated that to the Manager and still received the condescending comment. Very unprofessional!

Do not trust this gas station. They LIE about there fuel prices!!! Sign outside and online say 420 a gallon the charged 460. This is for the station on the round about.

Literally almost all the cold drinks weren’t stocked. So I decided to get a mountain dew but it was pure syrup. And the restroom’s were closed. No food selection other than old pizza.

I enjoy the Kum and Go business model. If I had a choice between kum and go on one side of the street and 7Eleven on the other side of the street I would pick kum and go every time. Unless of course it is the one in Brighton on kuner road. Regardless of the time of day the place always looks like a mass stampede just went through the coffee stand is always filthy and the trash can you don't even want to touch to throw things away because it is so nasty. I stopped in early on a Saturday morning around 530 there were maybe 2 customers in the store there were 5 employees outside blocking the sidewalk smoking one employee behind the counter and yet again coffee station filthy period If they spent more time attending to the cleanliness of the store and last time gathered around a computer in the hallway when there's a line of people waiting to be checked out this may become a store worthy of thus corporations standards.
