I dunno man this is just the dirtiest kum&go in Brighton and it's kinda gross, especially the window cleaner & squeegee things by the gas pumps omg I just used them and most of them were almost empty with like paper towels in the fluid, and the one I used that actually had fluid in it and wasn't full of towels and stuff, literally smelled like a zoo it was DISGUSTING. Why even have them if you don't ever clean or refill them. I seriously wanted to puke. I don't like to complain I really don't, but it was gross and I'm just hoping that bringing attention to it means someone will do something about it.

Every time I stop in a remember why I don’t like coming here. Drinks are always under stocked and it’s a waist to stop in. Recently stopped in for window washing fluid and guess what.. none! Walk out to the washing bins and empty! Not even a window washing tool. Waist of a gas station!

Since this fuel station became a Maverick it has gone completely down hill. The staff is not friendly at all. The food if they have any, is not cooked all the way through. They are always out pizza and other kitchen foods and all the staff blame the manager. DO BETTER MAVERICK. Absolutely not impressed with this change. Bring back the other manager and staff.

I enjoy the Kum and Go business model. If I had a choice between kum and go on one side of the street and 7Eleven on the other side of the street I would pick kum and go every time. Unless of course it is the one in Brighton on kuner road. Regardless of the time of day the place always looks like a mass stampede just went through the coffee stand is always filthy and the trash can you don't even want to touch to throw things away because it is so nasty. I stopped in early on a Saturday morning around 530 there were maybe 2 customers in the store there were 5 employees outside blocking the sidewalk smoking one employee behind the counter and yet again coffee station filthy period If they spent more time attending to the cleanliness of the store and last time gathered around a computer in the hallway when there's a line of people waiting to be checked out this may become a store worthy of thus corporations standards.

I've never really had issues with this location in the 6 years I've lived here, usually friendly staff and a clean store. There's signs all over stating we can no longer refill our own cups, please use theirs, and they will honor their refill policy. That's cool, I get it. Cashier REFUSED to honor their refill policy, despite my bright orange cup and my reminding him of the signs. So he finally rang me up as a small coffee instead of large. (.30? Difference? I wasn't offered a receipt) They also discontinued their French vanilla coffee, which is honestly a large factor to why I kept stopping here. I'll get my 'fancy' coffee elsewhere from now on. Somewhere that honors their own policies. Buying coffee is a splurge item for me. So it costing nearly double is an issue.

Convenient, sure, but serious false advertising. The signage had the gas & E85 10 cents cheaper than the pump. When I (and another patron) went in to complain and hopefully get a resolution for this, we were told that they had faulty canopy access and couldn't change it. Very horrible customer satisfaction!

Always clean and the staff is always upbeat and helpful. This is a very busy location and the smiles never seem to fade.

This place is always busy. Go in for hot dog and chips for lunch. Great deal on hot dog/chips/ and drink! Convenience store with all the usual stuff!!

We come here often. The staff is friendly. It is always clean. Has freshly made pastries and pizzas.

Stopped by to get gas. The store inside was really nice for a convenience store. Best feature was that they had donuts shaped like ampersands. &

Every time I go in there, there is never coffee made or its out of order or its spilt all over the floor! At least 5times now given up on this location. Where's the nearest Starbucks

Sometimes in the a.m. rush the coffee counter can be kind of gross! I would ask for the staff to pay better attention during the rush hours...
