Came in trying to get a wash and vacuum, I suppose not. This place sucks now. Car wash self serve screens dont work. Paid for a vacuum and it didn't work. Tried to use the other vacuum but the app glitches so much with ads I couldn't. This spot used to be much better before the new setup.

This car wash keeps getting worse and worse. This machine is literally spraying soap on my car and barely any on the car it’s actually supposed to be washing. AND the second lane is always closed so there’s always an unmanageable line. Don’t recommend will be cancelling my membership

The worst quality wash I’ve ever gotten. Doesn’t even look like it was ran thru a car wash. Drier also doesn’t dry the car so it has to air dry leaving tons of spotting.

Every time I go to the platteview location the automatic bays are not washing properly and the self service bay 4 the high pressure nozzle is spraying all over and not in a proper stream for a good wash and when I get home my truck back is not clean at all

The quality of the autowash has gone down hill. I've been coming to this wash since it very first opened which I believe was around 2007. Used to be a friendly family owned buisness. Still owned by the same guy Mark but seems to now only care about profit over quality of service ever since he went corporate with his wash. Very disappointed with the price to quality ratio. Dryers not effective, sprayers are shooting in different angles, undercarriage wash is a complete rip off. The manual wash bay almost always have malfunctions. For the price I do not recommend this wash. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the autowash is touchless

Had an issue with one of the bays. They rectified it immediately and called to make sure I felt like my problem was resolved. They literally fixed it that day and called me in less than 24 hours to ensure I was taken care of. Amazing customer service. This is how it's done. Thanks guys

If you have a clean car don’t come here, harsh water spots left on car when washed kinda defeats the purpose of getting your car clean and machine just poured soap on my vehicle with no water to get the off soap and had to pay extra to use the self serve. Would not recommend.

$22 for a carwash and the truck looks about the same as it did. I’d say next time I’d take before and after, but there won’t be a next time!

This wash bay was super low on soap and left bugs on the windshield and front grill, the dryer doesn't even blow off any water from the car, so that step is useless waste of energy.

We're traveling through Colorado and this wash was near our hotel. The self service bays are easily the worst and most expensive I have ever used. No prices advertised for cash, but $5 in quarters got me like 3-4 minutes which isn't enough time to do anything. The quarter machine was broken too, and the card reader wasn't working so we had to spend another $12 for the automatic wash.

worst car wash I’ve been too in Colorado, every option for “rinse, wash, spot free, wax” everything sprays soap! It’s impossible to get just water coming out of the gun. And the ground is absolutely disgusting
